Everything was perfect. It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, spacious and lovely rooms, a very good restaurant, and a delicious, extensive breakfast. Top location with a beautiful garden and view. Very satisfied. Thank you!

İ got a discounted price and it was very good value for money.clean hotel,polite staff and good parking.  Good breakfast but terrible coffee from the cheap automated coffee Machine. This hotel is one of the best in Eskişehir.

Apart from the location, the rest is very sad. More details: broken kettle, blanket with holes, towel with holes (holes of 5-8 cm), mattress on double bed is smaller than the base of the bed by about 15 cm, on single bed on the contrary the mattress is larger than the base, shower in hair and spiders, hot water is barely warm, the soap container in the shower is empty, there are only 3 towels for 4 people including foot towels, in the room from dishes 2 glasses and that's it, toilet is cracked, button is broken. In the room there were 2 glasses with water and 2 tea leaves waiting for us. We did not want to wash in such a bathroom at all. Honestly, we did not expect this. We are not picky, but this was too much. And also. There is no parking, only where you can find a place on the street, but not next to the hotel.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

The hotel is new, the room is spacious, and the price is great. Its excellent location near a shopping mall is a plus, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good size lift in the hotel if you need it. Over all, we are satisfied with our stay. The breakfast is not buffet style but perfect for us. I enjoy the hot towels from the heated shelves too.

Otel temizdi, odanın içi geniş ve ferahtı, soğutma sistemi iyiydi,manzarası mükemmeldi, 10.kat 1003 nolu odada kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Gece geç saatte girmemize rağmen herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Resepsiyondaki çalışan arkadaşlar her zaman çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydüler. Tranway a çok yakın yanında çağdaş market arka tarafında yemek yiyeceğiniz yerler mevcut. Çalışan herkese çok teşekkür ederiz. Her zaman tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olacak. Kısacası 3 gün boyunca çok keyifli bir konaklama oldu sorunsuz

Although we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.

I stayed for one night. The hotel is good, has a great atmosphere, and is in a wonderful location. However, I was very unpleasantly surprised that the bathtub plug was broken. I had to use my fingernails to pull it out to drain the water. Also, the drains in both the shower and the sink were clogged; the water barely went down. Dear owners, you have a magnificent hotel! Kick your plumber and their supervisor in the ass. They are ruining the whole experience.
