GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for one night mainly to enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa area. First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff and management for being friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong date, and they kindly helped us change the booking to one day earlier so we could stay immediately, which we were very thankful for.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, the room and breakfast experience were good.
However, the main disappointment was the wellness facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including stains in the toilet, and we had to request additional cleaning.
The swimming pool was extremely cold and basically unusable. We were told it had been turned off because of the seasonal change, which was disappointing as this information was not made clear beforehand. The sauna was also cold when we arrived, and staff informed us it needed a few hours to heat up, so we could only use it briefly. The steam room was completely out of service due to technical issues.
In the end, we could only properly use the Turkish bath area. While the staff were polite and tried to help, the facilities unfortunately did not match the expectations created by the hotel advertisement and booking experience.
I think this hotel has potential because the rooms and customer service were good, but the wellness facilities need better maintenance and clearer communication for guests.

GGuest UserThis hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, particularly from a staff member named Halil. From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.
He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience.
It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. Thanks to his dedication and service, I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others.
Thank you again, Halil, and the Hilton DoubleTree team!

GGuest UserTwo empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

RReza RezaeipourI've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess.
There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan.
They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool.
Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming.
Overall it is worth it.

EElena AgulovaThe hotel has left very pleasant impressions. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, everything is neat and modern. Comfortable beds, good bed linen.
I want to celebrate breakfast, good choice and everything fresh. Staff are friendly and kind.

Aa.b.7Location is very good at the centre. Room is huge. The only problem is the room is too hot. I read the previous that they could not do anything with the temp control and you can only open the window. Since my room is facing the main street, when the window is open it will be very noisy. The room wall is very thin. If your neighbour's room is someone who is talking loudly, you definitely can hear all the conversation. Room end with 02 will be facing the main street. The check in is located on the 1st floor.

RRuna_FIt was very clean. There was not a single speck of trash on the ground, and the sheets had no stains or smells, so I think this hotel is worth more than its price.
As an added bonus, breakfast was included, so it felt like a luxury experience for the price.
