It’s was nice and comfortable, courteous staff rooms were very clean neat and I just wanted to nestle in my bed stay one more night.

Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

Enjoyed my stay Mrs Bridget was amazing she got me checked in early. The food was great for lunch and dinner. Brittany at the bar was very nice and fast service she helped make my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to both ladies

My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.

The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system. Thank you!

It was an early flight the next morning, so I used it because it was close to the airport. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock! There are not many types, but it was good to have almond milk and decaf! The shuttle bus to the airport was also saved at intervals of 20 minutes. Atlanta Airport is quite large at Hub Airport, and even if you leave an hour and a half ago, it is crowded with baggage inspections, so we recommend leaving 2 hours before boarding!

The bed was very comfortable, check in encountered a problem, Trip.com helped solve it, Trip.com's service was particularly good.

Very clean. A good choice. Holiday Inn is very good. It is close to the airport. It is very convenient to go to the airport. You don't have to get up early. It's very fast to get a taxi. The taxi distance is not expensive. A good choice for a simple overnight stay

The hotel is far from the airport the staff SUPER AMABLE comfortable bed basic breakfast NOT TRANSFER TO THE AERPORT I am very disturbed that in my search for hotel brand hotels with transport to the airport and I got out on the list that is a Trip system problem I cost the taxi $60 for traffic but the traffic-free return a Uber was 30 for which the trip must not check that the transport information is correct

**Perfect Experience, Highly Recommended!** I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made breakfast stalls were especially delicious and something I looked forward to every day. The swimming pool had a beautiful environment with clear, clean water, making swimming or relaxing by the pool incredibly pleasant. The comfort was impeccable; the rooms were spacious, the zero-pressure mattresses were incredibly comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, and the bathroom was a fantastic experience. The entire hotel had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were warm and attentive. From the breakfast and the pool to the overall comfort, everything was impressive, and I will definitely stay here again!
