Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada. Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim! Overall, the hotel is very good. However, the late-night karaoke midweek can be a nuisance for business travelers who need a break. The hotel restaurant also leaves something to be desired, as the menu lacks variety and is overpriced for the flavors. Sandwiches and even the meals themselves aren't very tasty, despite their attractive appearance. As the saying goes, ”the proof is in the pudding.” Regarding the cuisine, only breakfast is good. The staff is attentive, and the place is clean.

Let’s be honest: the price is very affordable for being near the airport. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning and wifi. The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast options to start your day full of energy. The hotel is close to the metro station. The transportation is also quite convenient! Continue to pay attention as needed in the future!

I found Ibis New America by chance on Google trying to find some place in Rio de Janeiro to go to Rock In Rio. I booked the time for the best value. I didn't think it would be such a perfect location for the event! Besides being a meeting point, the site's infrastructure is excellent, offered a coffee with numerous delicious options and completely responded to what we needed. I would like to congratulate especially the receptionist Lucas who has done a wonderful service and has done everything possible to keep us from losing the transport!

We arrived at the hotel 1 and a half hour before check-in and the reception made it pleasant to install us immediately in the room without charges. Room exactly equal to the pictures, we stayed hosted in a front of the street, which, although well moved, we were not disturbed with noise, perhaps because we were on the sixth floor, also, we heard no noise, The hotel is quiet.The airy, spacious, clean room.Good morning coffee,with cold,fruit,juice, yoghurt,eggs and cakes Observao: I found few options for bread and cakes.The hotel environment is very tasty and familiar,I will surely return.

The breakfast was good, with a great variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, and scrambled eggs—perfect for us vegetarians to start the day! The hotel itself was a bit outdated, and the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The AC worked well, though it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us. The staff was friendly and professional. A big bonus was the free access to a nearby gym, which was modern and well-equipped with an excellent variety of gear. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

靠海有點潮濕，設施都有保障，空調熱水。 服務一般 相對於其他各國的宜必思來説 跟服務員説了房間號和電吹風短路了他哦了一下就沒再來。早上吃早飯忘了倒熱水再折返就不讓進，問前台要10元人民幣，且現燒等了很久，感覺不太人性化。 電梯只有一部可以運行，高峯期要等。 早餐挺豐盛的，水果都很好吃，很值得。 地理位置不錯，可以步行到海灘和去基督山的巴士站，離地鐵也很近，有名的烤肉店也是走走就到。 總體這個價錢還是很划算了。。。
