You must have a car to be able to go around to the city , once arrived at the hotel they trying to get as much money as they can offering upgrades etc , during our time they was a night that Brasil play at the World Cup and to enjoy the Bar you needed to pay 37 usad to be able to set at the bar There was a public area like the bar that is to be used in all guests every night but they close it for the game this not correct
If you planing just to relax by the pool and enjoy the facilities but if you wish to travel around you maybe better taking other place at the city center

GGuest UserThe service was very good. The room has a leak in the air conditioning which also makes a strange noise. The TV lost color at times. Breakfast was well organized, it had many delicious items, but as we stayed for a week there was no variety of items. Every day was the same menu, with only the cakes and one or two other items varying. But everything was very tasty. The cleaning was superficial and during the week they didn't change the sheets, only the towels. The bar only has drinks. Only Brahma beer, there was no energy drink and the items in the minibar and basket were very expensive.
The phone didn't work at many times, the TV remote was very difficult to pick up channels and the bedroom light burned out on the first day. These are simple maintenance tasks that, if carried out regularly, make our stay more pleasant, please the customer and a more satisfied customer recommends the hotel to other people, therefore there is greater profitability.
But access is good, the staff are very polite, the environment is organized. And the hot shower is wonderful, what a delight, warm water, with strong pressure. The bathroom is top notch. I would come back again if I needed to, but I suggest the owner make these improvements to make the stay even better.

RRogérioO café da manhã não possui uma disposição boa para transitar pelo salão, o buffet fica em várias posições do salão. As bebidas do serviço de quarto são caras e a diária do estacionamento é salgado, não há opção de estacionamento rotativo. A piscina apesar bem apresentada possui uma escada que para pessoas mais pesadas pode quebrar e vc virar o mico da piscina. O restaurante possui poucas opções de pratos e um pouco com preço fora de mercado aos demais da região.

JJulia CiriacoI love Búzios Resort. Good place family, especially for children. I just think you need to improve a little bit the food, put more varieties. But beyond that, everything is great. I've been 2 times.

沫沫Hotel facilities are very new, there is an exclusive beach, rubber boat. The restaurant has a beautiful view and breakfast can be reached at 11 o'clock, which is great. There are many yachts on the beach and can be arranged to go to sea. Very safe and comfortable.
