Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

A wonderful hotel that truly deserves 5 stars. Delicious breakfasts, amazing service, impeccable cleanliness, and a delightful interior design.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Both the service, the room, everything. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again, location is convenient too. It's always easier to get uber in Sao Paulo and get around.

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

It's a great hotel, but the swimming pool wasn't clean. The breakfast was good, the rooms were large, and the facilities were excellent. There were many Chinese people there. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Fui instalado en una habitacion que no era lá que habia comprado.. mi habitacion era grande para DOS personas. Me pusieron en una habitacion de deficiente físico y dijeron que no habia como cambiarme que era problema de TRIP. La cama bajita dura y pequeña. Al llegar me querian cobrar 56 reales por la acomodacion de mi esposa. Ya habia comprado una habitacion par DOS con DOS cafés de mañana. Mi esposa estaba tomando baño y sonó una alarma terrible dentro de lá habitacion y en los pasillos. Pregunté y dijeron que estaban fumando dentro de otra habitacion. Mi esposa ni yo fumamos. Solo estoy rezando para que llegue lá mañana y salir de aquí. Mi experiencia hasta ahora no está siendo buena. En cuanto a la limpieza lá habitacion está limpia. No hay closet.

This time I stayed here mainly for a business trip to an exhibition. Although it is a little far from the Norte Exhibition Hall, it is very convenient to take a taxi. There is a Carrefour not far from the hotel, and there is also a restaurant with Brazilian local kilogram rice. I recommend trying it. The overall conditions of the hotel are basically OK, and the service is also good. The breakfast is very friendly to me who often likes to eat bread in China.

Lindo hotel donde los empleados son muy amables, brindan buen servicio, en especial el desayuno, el cual es muy completo. Tiene un área de piscina que es muy bonita. Lo único que modificaría sería poner un horno en vez del lavavajillas de la habitación. Destaco el balcón con vista a la ciudad, el cual me parece fundamental para volver.
