We liked this hotel for its minimalist approach. We had chosen a standard double room which was okay for us for one night. We found the front office and other staffs in the hotel to be really helpful. We also had breakfast which was excellent. If and when we decide to travel to Geneva we will definitely try to find this hotel.
Very helpful staff, appreciate your kindness towards us when my daughter was ill and needed advice on where to seek medical care. Conveniently located next to train station and short walk to the quay.love the complimentary chocolate and drinks in the fridge. Nice room and spacious modern toilet.
The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw across the street from Geneva Railway Station's main entrance. The hotel entrance may be small, but it has a lot of character. It's clean, tidy, and boasts its own unique vibe. Breakfast was also good; it might look unassuming, but it was genuinely delicious and flavorful. There was a good variety of cold and hot dishes, as well as fruits. For a hotel at this price point, it offered excellent value for money. Before check-in, the hotel proactively sent us a QR code for free public transport in Geneva. The service was truly outstanding; they even called several different restaurants for our cheese fondue and eventually provided great recommendations. The hotel is only about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and approximately a 7-minute walk to the Flixbus stop at Place Dorcière.
The location is extremely great. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Super convenient. And there are convenience stores, supermarkets, eaterie,s etc in the train station, super convenient. The hotel is clean & bright. The staff are courteous and helpful. The check out time can be extended to 12noon. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean with sufficient amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The location is excellent and super convenient, literally just steps away from the lake! The facilities are complete, everything is spotlessly clean, and it's wonderfully quiet. The front desk service was also top-notch. This is definitely my go-to hotel for both business and leisure trips, especially since you can cook your own meals here.
Clean, friendly staff and very affordable for families. Close to train station and an easy walk to other sites. Air conditioning was lacking and the amount of ladies of the night around the hotel block was surprising. Overall, would stay again.
I recently stayed at Novotel Genève Centre and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Lake Geneva and major attractions. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers !
The room is surprisingly small. You need to use the public drinking fountain for coffee, beverages and hot water on the first floor. I checked in at the door for 3 minutes at night and the doorbell was quite speechless. It is the least ideal hotel in the eight-day tour in Switzerland. The only thing is that it is very close to Geneva train station.
On the shores of Lake Geneva, authentic French luxury, from concierge to check-in to Izumi on the top floor overlooking the entire landscape, this hotel interprets the new definition of luxury. The only downside is that the room is slightly smaller and the price is more expensive.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's just a few minutes' flat walk from the train station, and the lake is also easily reachable within about 10 minutes on foot.
There are two 4-star Manotel hotels side-by-side. One appears more contemporary. I booked this one, expecting a more traditional or classic feel. To my surprise, only the lobby had a classic European style; the rooms were very modern, likely recently renovated.
Despite being a hotel, the kitchen facilities are surprisingly comprehensive and impeccably clean.
We booked a triple room, which was a good size, featuring a large bed and a sofa bed. The duvet provided for the sofa bed was rather thin, but the main bed was incredibly comfortable. The room came with a good selection of amenities, including slippers, shower caps, cotton swabs, toiletries, and coffee capsules.
The bathroom heating was on, but we couldn't manage to turn off the air conditioning in the room. As we arrived past 11 PM and had an early departure the next morning, we decided to just make do and get some sleep.
Breakfast was quite impressive, offering a generous spread including smoked salmon, a variety of hot and cold meats, and golden kiwi fruit.
The lobby also features a piano for guests' use.

JJacquelyn LimThe location is the best there is in Geneva, it is also few mins walk from bus station if you are planning to take the bus to Chamonix . The service is excellent. They give the room to you as long as it's done cleaning and available. We got it as early as 9am. They provide free transport card which is so convenient in going to UN building and everywhere. The hotel is just basic , but everything we need is there. We got 2 rooms , 1 wit triple occupancy for my children. Surrounding the hotel is a lot of good restaurant options too.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect and easy to find, just right next to the station. The hotel is old but the room was clean and contains all that you will need.
3300517****#positive #I was happy with the Natural Light in the Room, Toiletries, Bed Comfort Level, Value for Money, Safety, Room Size; The decoration of the hotel is not bad, clean, and the location is not far from the Kernavan train station in the city center and the MANO supermarket. The breakfast is not bad, but the western style breakfast is actually almost the same. The single room is actually quite large, with two single beds or a double bed. It's no problem to live two people, I really don't understand why it is counted as a single room. The price is very good, but the room key is a bit heavy, I always store it at the front desk. The hotel has a paid parking space of 25 Swiss francs per day, and an appointment is required. Send an email to him one day before check-in to ask for a free bus ticket, and he will send you an electronic ticket, which can be stored on the phone or printed out. During the stay, you can use the tram bus or ferry in the city for free.
GGuest UserRoom 35, close to the road, the noise is a bit loud. It is recommended that you propose a room that does not face the street when you book. Everything else is OK, breakfast is just like that, Swiss hotel breakfast is almost the same.
GGuest UserSurrounded by villages and fields, the air is OK, there are several free parking spaces, the hotel is not 24-hour service, get off work at the point, and you can only have breakfast at about 8 o'clock in the morning. The room is small, especially on the top floor. Be careful not to be hit on the forehead. There are several rooms that have no air conditioning. The air conditioner is also a floor-to-ceiling air conditioner. The sound is very noisy.
