Pet Friendly Hotels in Lapland, Finland

The customer service was excellent, everyone was kind, and I was glad I chose this hotel from the start. Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, my room was ready so I was allowed to check in early. There was a tour company right in front of the hotel, and the ski resort was nearby, so there were lots of things to do and it was convenient.

The check in process is very unfriendly for foreigners. The instructions are unclear. The 24/7 contact will be answered on the 5th or 6th call. It took us an hour to get the key and correct location for the room. The key and the room are two different places. Other than that, the room is very nice for a family. Cozy and spacey. Very nice location. 10 mins walk to the station. If the check in instructions can be improved, it is a nice place.

The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja pysäköintialue takapihalla oli tilava. Huonekohtaista jäähdytystä ei ollut, mutta huone ei onneksi ollut turhan lämmin. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällinen. The best!!! The best!!! The front desk staff were kind and even made the effort to contact me if the aurora appeared. The property is very large and they provided a car to take you to your accommodation from the front desk. I was able to refresh myself by taking a walk around the property during the day. It was summer so I didn't see any reindeer, but I could hear them crowing. I would definitely like to come in winter next time to see the reindeer. The room was also very clean and nice. I was also very satisfied with the sauna. The breakfast at the restaurant also had a very Finnish feel to it. The bread was delicious.

Ми мали чудовий відпочинок на 3 ночі в цьому готелі. Бронювали будинок з каміном та сауною, щоб насолодитися тишею. Будиночки не новозбудовані але комфортні та затишні, є все необхідне для декількох днів проживання. Сніданки смачні, свіжі. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий. Якщо б була нагода відвідати Лапландію, не задумуючись забронювала б цей готель. Чудовий готель!

Right in Santa Claus village. If you come in the winter, it’s a good location and there will be many activities inside the village. But if you come here in other seasons like us, there will be boring and far from the downtown because lots of activities are stopped. You can take bus no.4 or Santa clause express to downtown at cost. Room with sauna is very good experience
