We're a group and enjoyed our short stay at the moustache. The staff is good and courteous. The rooms were decent but the linens and taps need a replacement ***** with the geyser which kind of misses it's purpose. Otherwise, the stay was good and i can recommend them for a short stay in view of the above points.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 day. Easy to approach walk in distance from bus stand. Clean and hygienic. Very helpful staff specially reception staff. I have to check out a little late (2) hours which was not charged by hotel. Overall stay was very good.

They don’t have in-house restaurant and bringing food from outside which is quite substandard, costly and leading to high wait time. They don’t provide coffee machine and have to order coffee every time and quite costly. Rooms are too small and claustrophobic and no ventilation. Washroom was stinking throughout and no respite even after keeping exhaust fan on full time. AC was not in good shape but served the purpose. Walls in washroom was dampened. Overall average stay given the price we paid for per night.

I had the best experience in the grand kaushalya. The employees are super helpful and the service delivery is really fast. They have all the basic amenities required in the hotel. I stayed in their and most comfortable stay. Room service is commendable. Food is amazing, you can have your customize dishes as well. Restaurants interior is outstanding we love it more. This is a small hotel but very nice to stay. Very clean and well maintained hotel. My room was very clean, bed sheets and towels were also clean, nice bathroom. Common areas are also well decorated. Location is not bad, 10-12 min walk to ghat of narmada. Overall i was very satisfied.

GGuest User1. Resort exterior was good, much more green environment around the resort. 2. Food was really tasty. You have the option for buffet or can go for ala carte as well. 3. Out door and indoor games are available to play like badminton ground(bring your own badminton, table tenis 4. Play area for kids 5. Swimming pool which is good during summer. 6. Common bone-fire available, to use bonefire just outside your cottage a specific amount needs to pay. 7. Behavior of the hotel staff was good and polite. 1. Room service needs improvement. Not saying that it was not good but could be better. 2. Wifi is not available in cottage. 3. Don't find tvs, sometime you need when you do not have anything to do. 4. For ala - carte you will have to tell an hour so before you want to have, cause they do not have much reaources to accommodate accordingly. 5. They do not provide basic medicine so bring your basic medicine just in case required.

GGuest UserThe rooms were good, the pool was good. Just that the restaurant service wasn’t good. We had to wait for an hour to get the food that we ordered and staff denied to serve the food at room so we had to sit at restaurant although we saw that they delivered the food into room for others. And the water they provided wasn’t in the packed bottle, they were refilling the old bottles with the water and it wasn’t clean. Where’s my discount coupon?

GGuest UserThe hotel is overpriced by all stamdards. No doubt its clean but the finishing is noth worth the money they are charging. Shower wasnot working. Wifi signal comes only at reception. Blocked bathtub. Open wiring and panels. Dirty tea cups even after telling them to clean the room. The worst experience was that they charged me for breakfast. But their retaurant wasnt operational and i had do eat poha and paratha on both days of my day. That too in my room in limited quantity. Regards. No network in room.
