The first time I stayed in a pet-themed hotel, I was worried about hygiene issues such as hair at first, but I stayed for two days and the hygiene was very clean. I didn’t see the worrying things. The room was separated from wet and dry. This was very happy. The room was one bedroom and one living room. The space is oversized. The bedding is also very comfortable to sleep barrier-free, all aspects are very clean and tidy, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, subway, bus, very close

I'm a fan of Ohno-kun and I've always decided to stay here when I came to Kyoto. The staff are very kind and have everything you need, such as pigment washing, toothpaste, yukata. He asked me about breakfast time the night before, and the breakfast was very luxurious and even coffee was prepared. I was able to enjoy a traditional Japanese inn comfortably.
And the landlady showed me a private selfie photo taken by Ono-kun for the fans who stayed here recently, and I was really impressed by the kindness 😭 I was able to stay here. It was the happiest moment of this trip!

Here’s a revised version of your sentences:
The location was acceptable but not ideal. There are two subway stations within a 2-3 minute walking distance, and you can easily walk to Nishiki Market.
I stayed in the Historic Twin room. I love the layout, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The mini bar items were dusty, and it wasn't the same as when I first stayed here three years ago.
I appreciate their amenities; they are both practical and stylish.
The staff's quality really depends on who you encounter. When I checked in, I met someone who was very kind, but I had a negative experience with another staff member when I left.
The hotel faces the beach, the weather is good, you can see the sunset in the room, while taking a bath and watching the sunset, very positive!
Dinner and breakfast are rich in content. Suuxi roast is provided for dinner. Every time the staff is used up, they will also change to a new pot.
However, wheelchair people are more inconvenient. The ground reception has to walk the stairs to the first floor to have a lift. The staff will also be very enthusiastic to help carry the luggage to the first floor. You need to pay attention to this when booking.

For ~£50 a night it wasn’t terrible. Room was clean and reasonably spacious, amenities provided and bed was big and soft.
We did want to extend our stay by a night but the female receptionist was clueless, spent 10 minutes trying to find us in the paper system so we gave up and ended up going elsewhere.

The hotel is nice. However, the weather was not so good. The hotel is not too far from Kyoto station but not close to any major attractions by walking. Terrence is comfortable with a nice view over the garden and Japanese not call amenities. Maiko performance are available on Tuesdays and Sundays. Food is good.

The receptionist was very nice. The room was small good for solo traveler. The hallways are equipped with air purifiers. My only issue was the bathroom/toilet. It doesn’t smell okay so I kept the exhaust fan on the whole time.
Very Good
