I was moved from the 4th floor to the 17th floor because the noise on the 4th floor was like a resonant air conditioning duct, and even turning off the AC didn't help. It made my heart race; it was extremely uncomfortable. Actually, I could hear it when checking in on the ground floor, but it was exceptionally noisy on the 4th floor, a low-frequency type of noise. After moving to the 17th floor, the noise was from outside, and I couldn't believe it was as noisy as sleeping on the street. The hotel service was good, but the hardware issues can't be changed. If you are sensitive to noise, this hotel is not suitable for you. The rooftop dining environment is very good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but the city's public safety is just average, so it's advisable not to go out at night.
The room was not completely ready. There was no sofa, a large room in the living room was free. There were no towels, toilet paper, or the small products they normally give to the room. I had to ask the whole thing at the reception.
The facility was lackluster at best. It used to be great. Eco friendly was claimed for not doing daily room service. Hypocritical. There were paper plates, plastic serve where, and poorly working HVAC units. The organization was simply looking to cut down on costs. Similarly, I’ve seen better breakfasts at hotels that cost half as much. Vents in the bathrooms were nonfunctional. The window could only be closed from the outside. I look forward to posting this on yelp unless you make amends.
The location is very central, easy to go everywhere, and there is an art gallery next to it, which is worth a visit. The coffee bar in the lobby has a very good environment. The room is very clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom area is slightly small.
The hotel is excellent. The room's decor and layout are fantastic. In the evenings, there's a live band performing in the lobby. And you absolutely *must* try their freshly-made desserts and snacks – they're superb!
Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly.
Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere.
All staff were very kind and service minded.
I would say you get what you pay for but that wouldn't be true, I paid to much for what I got. they didn't forget to tell me about the $200 cleaning fee if the catch you smoking in the Room but as soon as you open the room door it smells like a wet ashtray. the bathrooms are wa to small im on crutches and it was almost impossible to **** and shower.
The room is very good, the breakfast is very rich, there are several restaurants around, there are Starbucks, there is also a small supermarket at the gas station, very convenient! Within 10 minutes walk from the Porter Girls School, and the scenery is super good, very quiet and exquisite town, every day walking is the most enjoyable moment, if you have the opportunity in the future, you will go live.
Bad review, there is no human hotel, 20 hours of air travel, spit and diarrhea on the plane, and finally insisted on staying at the hotel, but told me that I must wait until 3 pm to check in, but it will be only 7:30 in the morning, how do I It may have to wait for nearly 8 hours, and there is a child accompanying me. The jet lag and illness made me spend a lot of time. Seeing all the guests check out, I ran to the front desk to ask if there was a room. , Just don’t check in for me, my body is getting weaker and weaker, and I’m hardened to nearly 11 o’clock. I can’t hold on. With my insistence, I said that you can treat a patient like this, and I ask to see you right away. Your manager, the front desk gave the room, the whole process is no temperature, cold experience

AAnonymous UserStaff is friendly but there’s kids running around at all times of the night can’t get much sleep. The cable is great and some beds are comfortable. The property is clean well was clean now the garbage piles up at the garbage areas. Not to bad for the price there worse places. There’s a lot of mold everywhere.
GGuest UserFor what it was I was very impressed. Also it’s one of the few Motel 6 that has indoor room access which is very comforting knowing that someone from the street can knock on your door.
AAnonymous UserThis was a good price for the cost was everything was located close and nearby not any issues with too many items in the room all around fairly well and had a bad day
Cclai****The hotel's breakfast room was very delicious and finally had a serious breakfast and coffee instead of a large bucket of coffee processing factory bergo
LLaomoyoutianxiaThe room was not bad, at the motel on the way from Boston to New York. The price is much lower than the big city, as an overnight use. There are no attractions around, there are some aristocratic shops in the distance, selling donkey cards and the like.
张张Country small shop, heavy in cheap. Very large motel. But there are a lot of people living, and the ice is gone. Personally, I don't feel particularly safe. Many idle people are wandering around. Still clean.
