Facilities: This is a serious deduction. The sound of the air conditioner fan can be heard continuously in the room. For light sleepers, it is a bad review. But the good thing is that their shuttle bus runs frequently, a total of three, and basically no need to wait. Environment: The swimming pool downstairs is open until 9 o'clock. The children downstairs have a lot of fun, but for those who just want to have a good rest, they have to wait until after 9 o'clock. The corridor design of this hotel is very good, but if you encounter this situation, it will be very bad. Service: Breakfast is also average. There are not many varieties, and the bread is hard. To take the free bus shuttle to the hotel, after the luggage is extracted on the first floor, the elevator goes up to the second floor and turns left across the bridge, and then goes downstairs on the left hand side, which is the bus waiting point. Each hotel bus is different, with white, red, yellow and green colors, and several shared buses. This must be confirmed by phone with the hotel in advance. Make an appointment for the bus to the airport tomorrow or later after arriving at the hotel.

Facilities: The antique feeling is great. Service: Very friendly. Sanitation: Clean Environment: Great, very close to the middle campus. Shopping in the commercial street is very convenient, and it feels great to take photos and visit museums on campus.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel during this business trip, because I had a direct flight from Detroit to Shanghai. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are also good, the front desk is very nice, and they can provide free bottled water, but it is very expensive.

This was a convenient location to visit my mother in a nursing home. Felt very secure and comfortable. There are many hotels nearby and this was the first I tried, but I'll be going back again and again. I liked the public areas and found them very welcoming. I didn't need them much this visit but I do feel like I could just sit out there if I didn't want to be alone. I also really liked the pool. It was very clean though I wish there was a bit more seating and space around the outside.

At check-in, I upgraded the high-floor double bed room for $25. The room layout is very interesting and the view is good. The hotel as a whole is old, but the maintenance and cleaning are done well. Hotel location is very good, walking distance from business district, Millennium Park, Michigan avenue business district.

Nice hotel to just comfortably sleep for business. Water pressure in shower was not good. But room was very clean and bed was clean and comfortable

Very good, a very convenient hotel in Detroit Motor City, the breakfast is also good, the service staff is warm and generous, the room hygiene is quite good every day, and there are plenty of parking spaces

Great spot off the highway to stop in the middle of a lake effect snow storm!!! Extremely friendly staff!! Very clean and cozy studio like rooms with a nice change up with hardwood floors instead or conventional 70’s hotel carpet. Rooms could use microwaves but great otherwise. The best lobby I’ve ever seen in a hotel!!!
