We liked the location of the hotel away from the noisy center. The view from the top is amazing.
However, the service leaves much to be desired. We rented a motorbike and went to explore the area, but the motorbike turned out to be underpowered and, apparently, with a broken gearbox. It went up some hills with great difficulty, once we had to push it. We reported this problem to the reception and they replaced the motorbike. The new one turned out to be a little more powerful, but with a non-working speedometer. In general, we do not recommend renting a motorbike at this hotel.
We were also very disappointed with the breakfasts. They basically bring you one selected dish. You had to pay extra for drinks. That is, breakfast without tea and coffee!
Overall, we liked the room. It was clean, spacious, with good air conditioning.
Perhaps we would stay here again, but without breakfast.
I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The room had a unique and beautiful design that made it feel both stylish and cozy. One of the best parts was the view from the room—absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The facilities were excellent and very complete. I especially appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made my stay even more convenient.
What truly made the stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They helped me rent a motorbike easily and even assisted in buying a bus ticket to Hanoi. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel very welcome.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and beautiful surroundings!
Affordable price, warm hospitality. The room is worth the price with basic necessities. Please choose a double room, ground floor. The room is spacious and easy for us Muslim to pray. The twin room on the 2nd floor, small room not enough space to pray but they have huge balcony but unfortunately we come during rainy season so we didn't utilize the balcony. The staff are really friendly and help us a lot to suggest what is the best itinerary during our stay due to the rainy season. The room rate includes breakfast but for us Muslim only we can eat hard boiled eggs because they serve pork. But do not worry the halal restaurant is only walking distance from the homestay. If you don't feel like walking you can rent a motorbike from the reception from 7am to 10pm only 150k. The view from the rooftop is so beautiful. If you like to save budget, this is the best place to stay. Cheapest & comfortable. If you enjoy walking, there are some places walking distance only. Sunplaza (funicular ride to Moang Ho Station), Sapa Market, The Swing is just nearby.

Hey guys!
Just wanted to say that my friends and I had a really enjoyable time staying in Sa Pa. We were very happy to stay at D Home Sapa 3—everything was great! Even though there was a small miscommunication about the motorbike rental, the staff were very professional and helpful throughout.
From the moment we arrived, the place smelled nice, felt super comfortable, and had a beautiful aesthetic. Big thanks to the team for making us feel so welcome during our visit to Vietnam—we truly enjoyed our time there!
Special thanks to Mr. Quang for all the help on our second day in Sa Pa. Wishing you all continued success with your business in the years to come!
Love,
Nadia ❤️
The room was very new and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. However, the location was quite difficult to find. If there had been a heater, it would have been absolutely perfect.
A great location for those who are tired of vain and want to be closer to nature. Great views on mountains and valley. Minus can bet for not working the Internet in the room, had to connect to the neighboring bungalow. Very pleasant and kind staff (separate thanks to Wang, a couple of times he helped us very much). Breakfasts are modest but delicious, too can be eaten well. In general, there is a very nice impression.
Excellent hotel! We had a family vacation for a couple of days. The location is just super! There is a cafe nearby with a view of the train. Although you can also see the train from the hotel windows. I really liked the space downstairs of the hotel: kitchen area, sofa, lots of places to relax. Everything is done with love! You cook and watch the train go by - they take people to Fansipan. And the train station is also a 5-minute walk away at a leisurely pace. Very convenient. The best location! Wi-Fi in the rooms is ok, in the lobby it just flew.
The room was clean, pleasant atmosphere. Bed linen is clean, everything is great! Very friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our things in the lobby until the evening. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely recommend you!
We had an okay stay in this guest house. Mr and Ms Nguyen were very accommodating during our stay, they let us check in early, free of charge and were very kind to us during our stay. The rooms provided are okay, it was pretty standard/basic, but we enjoyed the heated mattress that helped us sleep properly in the night. No AC also since SaPa temps is already cold at night but there is an e-Fan provided.

FFangkhowThe accommodation is clean, the room is clean, there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, bleach, hot water, good service, the owner is kind and can communicate in English very well. But the only downside is that I stayed on the third floor, there is no elevator, I have to walk up and down. If you have a big bag, you have to carry it up, it's quite heavy. The owner also recommended places to visit.
KKLK9The hotel is a short walk to the town centre. There are a lot of options for dining. Our room is facing the mountain. It is alright considering the view is being blocked by buildings in front of us, i.e., the rooftop of the building right outside the balcony, and a taller building is still under construction. It reduces our enjoyment of the view at the balcony (and the noise from the nearby construction). The toilet could not handle the toilet paper and blocked on the first use. However, the guy at the hotel reception is friendly and helpful to get it fixed. It is a small hotel without a lift. We are alright to carry the luggage. Just be mindful when considering this establishment. The hotel provides breakfast, though.

IIsseiIt was my first time in Sapa and MT House Sa Pa was a great place to stay!
The room was very clean and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the rice terraces from the balcony.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and were attentive to our requests.
The breakfast was delicious, and we had a great experience going on a local tour to see the villages.
I highly recommend it for those who want to relax in nature. I would definitely come back if I visit Sapa again!
김김명자The food is delicious and the price is good
I am impressed by the owner's kindness and quick response
The view is really fantastic.
I stayed like it was my home
When staying for multiple nights, the room needs to be cleaned and the towels need to be changed
It's a shame that the noise from the next room is not blocked
We also need cucumber pickles and white rice porridge for Koreans.
JJoerayThe rooms are as shown in the photo. The rooms and entire place is also very clean. The breakfast is affordable and simple but very good. The atmosphere of the place is also very friendly and the boss is extremely friendly and jokes around with you to make you feel welcomed. He also helps with tips on where to go, what to do and eat around Sapa. Will be booking again when I visit SaPa again
张张Objectively speaking, the hotel is very general. At that time, I wanted to find a hotel on the lakeside to see the calm lake. It is indeed the lake opposite. The hotel is too old. I am sorry for the title of four stars. It is possible that this foreigner likes this retro. Mainly the price issue, personally think that it is not worthwhile to choose this hotel. The next night, I found a hotel with 80 yuan next to it, which is better than this facility. The hotel has more than 240 hotels. The only difference is that I can't see the lake! So the benevolent sees the wise and sees wisdom! For a long time, I suddenly came to the hotel, so I remind you by the way.
