AAnonymous UserEXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

KKoutianyangyuA very grand hotel, the building is the appearance of the ancient Roman Colosseum, the room is large and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the location is a few hundred meters away from the Roman Bridge, although I only stayed for one night, I was impressed

FFamily Guy in AsiaAbsolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

Rred8meThe location is very central, within walking distance of almost all attractions. There's a church right next door, and a small square with various restaurants right outside! The hotel itself has a strong Roman feel, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good!
Although driving in the central area is difficult, the hotel offers parking (for only €25). You can drive directly to the hotel entrance (ignore the sign indicating ”Permitted Vehicles Only”).

JJoseph DaytonWe enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel.
I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again

GGuest UserA no-frills hotel, but with everything you really need to enjoy your stay. 100% recommended.
It's a 10-minute walk from the center and there's easy free parking nearby. The beds are very comfortable and have two types of pillows, one firmer and one softer, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.
At reception, guests have free access to a water machine and a coffee machine, as well as complimentary tea.
The entire hotel is very new and everything is in perfect condition.
