The hotel's shower hot water is almost cold and cannot be adjusted. Communication with the front desk to check out early for a day is not agreed. The hotel is located in the university, and it takes a long time to walk around to a supermarket. Call a black car wherever you go. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, decorated in local ethnic style, but it was clearly an old hotel with somewhat dated facilities. The location was convenient, with a strong commercial atmosphere; there was a Carrefour and small shops nearby. The doorman was a very cute and friendly old man. Taxis in Marrakech are extremely difficult to hail. I recommend walking to the main street to hail a taxi, or strolling around and looking for an empty one. Otherwise, wasting time waiting for a taxi is not worthwhile.

This hotel offers a pleasant overall experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night’s rest. The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center, catering to various guests’ needs. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, responding promptly to guests’ requests.

It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Avoid 1st floor. The loud and deep base music at night penentrated all walls and windows. Avoid room no 18. The only window faced wire fence and back alley leading to the swimming pool, a public area. Any pool user could easily go to stand outside the windows. The advertised ”city view” is non existent And the worse is the room is next to those air-conditioning coolers. The hotel charged MAD40 tourist tax for one person, which doubled the amount Trip.com stated. The location is 9min from marrekesh station. Interior amenity is good 1/3 of the breakfast is pastry...

Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was generous and varied, with something for everyone, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Nice riad with excellent service. They picked us up from the taxi on the first day and helped us meet the driver on our return. The breakfast was good, which was much appreciated as we would have found it difficult to start the day looking for somewhere to eat. It's a 20-minute walk from the main square.
