Andaz is definitely the most suitable low-end luxury resort hotel in Costa Rica for families. The location is good, only 35 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel has many room types to meet different needs. We stayed in the Bay View room. We wanted to upgrade on the day of check-in, but found that it was fully booked and there was no suite to upgrade. However, after entering the room, we found that it was quite spacious, and it was no problem for two adults and two children to stay. The balcony was big enough, and the key was that the unobstructed view was invincible! There are four pools, three Family pools, and one Adult pool far away from the family pools, so you can enjoy a quiet place all to yourself. Two beaches, one is right in front of the hotel, and we snorkeled near it. There is another larger beach at the beach house. Every half an hour, there are water taxis and land shuttles to pick up guests. It is recommended to experience both ways. There is a stand on the beach where you can register for free use of snorkeling equipment, kayaks and paddles, or you can choose to pay for quidedc 4The hotel's Kids Club is called Cambi, with two sessions per day, From 8:00am to 12:00pm and from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, it is free for those over 4 years old. When we went there, there were so many people that each family was limited to one session per day. The best thing about Cambi is that it provides babysitting service, and the price is quite reasonable. It is available for children over 3 months old. Children aged 1-12 are $25/hour (1-2 children) or $45/hour (3-4 children). The price is different for children under 1 year old, but I can't remember. My two children like Cambi very much. My younger brother had an unforgettable birthday in Cambi. The caring staff prepared a cake for him and there was a small ceremony. , I have to praise the hotel's restaurant, which is much better than the one in La Fortuna. The buffet breakfast in the main restaurant Rio Bhongo is great. Ostra next to the adult pool provides adult-only breakfast. I feel that Rio Bhongo has more choices and is better. Lunch is only available in Rio Bhonqo and the beach house restaurant. In Rio You can often see white-faced monkeys when eating at Bhonqo, which is a plus. Ostra and Tapas Bar for dinner are both good, each with its own merits. Ostra is fine dining, and Tapas Bar is a collection of specialties from various countries in South America. At least the dishes we ordered were not disappointing. P.S. I ate at Four Seasons for two nights and was not disappointed. #These hotels have great views #High-end hotels that you will understand only after you sleep in them #Hotel addiction #Honeymoon hotels I recommend #Specialty hotels
