139***71This is the most anticipated place for this trip, so I chose to stay in the cabin in Wengen for two nights, and one of the dinners was at this restaurant! The restaurant is very close to where I live, so I made an appointment for dinner in the morning! The restaurant environment is very good, with outdoor seats and beautiful views in the distance! The dishes are basically steaks, lamb chops, etc., and you can choose small portions, which is very humane! My mother and I each ordered a portion of beef and pork, both of which are very tender, and there are side dishes and staple foods! The drinks are very cheap, basically 40 to 50 RMB a cup! Sitting here to dine, I feel like there is a Wengen farmhouse atmosphere!

TheForkUserWe are family of 6 people and we have been visiting LeMontBlanc since 7 years now. It is one of our favorites restaurants. Even the most picky person will be satisfied. The location is very good - you can see beautiful mountain panorama outside the windows. Inside is very cozy and elegant thanks to wood and stone. You feel good from the moment you walk in to the restaurant. But - let me tell you about the food! Every time the menu is different and prepared with vision and great taste. It’s always amazing to me how well and innovatively one can combine local and well known flavors - you can taste local fish and meat and then you taste oyster or scallop and everything fits and complements each other. We especially love the little challenge in the tasting menu - you are tasting the dish and have to guess what the ingredients are (we are always surprised by some of the component!) To sum it up - the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and professional, decoration is warm and welcoming - the only sad thing is that you can’t stay there forever. We are regular customer and we are very proud of it! See you again in next year!

We'd originally made reservations at a traditional Swiss place across the street, but honestly, we couldn't face another meal of fondue and potatoes. This place turned out to be exactly what we needed.Located in one of the nicest hotels in the area, Brasserie St.Georges offers a mix of Italian, French, and Swiss food. The restaurant itself has a great vibe - fancy enough for a nice dinner out, but still comfortable for a family meal.I went for the burger, and it was spot-on. Thick, juicy, and cooked just right - exactly what I was craving. My wife tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was a hit. Instead of the usual ham, it had beef inside along with the melted cheese, all wrapped up in crispy breading. A nice twist on a classic.The real winner for us was the kids' menu. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and loved them. It's not always easy to find good options for kids in Interlaken, so this was a big plus.What really stood out was the service. In a country known for good hospitality, these folks still managed to impress us. They were attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely happy to help.The hotel that houses the restaurant is pretty impressive too - it's one of those beautiful, historic buildings you see all over Switzerland. It definitely added to the overall experience.If you're in Interlaken and looking for a break from traditional Swiss fare, or just want a really good meal, Brasserie St.Georges is the place to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, food-wise. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.
