Medley | Kangaroo Point

I had lunch at Medley today with 3 friends and our food was absolutely awful and barely edible. I had the special of the day which was a limp salad of grated papaya and carrots with 3 large prawns in it for another $23. I have no idea what the dressing was as it had no taste. I suspect the chef was trying to finish off the prawns before they were gone and to add insult to injury he didn't even devein them. It was tasteless and disappointing. The only thing that could have saved Grace was a good cup of coffee. Our waitress was also very inexperienced, vague and inattentive. She cleared my coffee cup before serving the main course but left my friends to get their own tea cups and teapot to make room on the table when the food arrived and then only brought 3 side plates instead of 4. Such a shame as this place has a beautiful location on the river but I certainly won't be going back again.
