Their signature small yellow croaker is incredibly clean, with a crispy fried crust and incredibly tender flesh, completely free of any fishy smell. The sauce is sweet and goes really well with rice! They also have a variety of Jiangxi specialties, and for just 50 yuan per person, you can enjoy a satisfying meal. 📝Tip: This place is near the Xinping Village Porcelain Palace, so it's a great stop on the way. No lines! ❗️❗️❗️ Super friendly! 2️⃣ Ou Ji Kitchen (Sculpture Porcelain Factory Branch) 📍 Zhushan Avenue Golden Era Apartment Building 1 Tucked away next to the porcelain factory, this is a cozy, intimate restaurant. Stir-fried whitebait with beef is a must! The Jingdezhen specialty, miniature whitebait, paired with tender beef, creates a savory, fragrant, and sweet feast. ✨The restaurant is small but clean, and the owner is very helpful in recommending the freshest ingredients of the day. Compared to Taoxichuan, this restaurant has shorter lines. I recommend visiting during off-peak hours, as it's much less crowded around 2-3 pm. 3️⃣ Zhongcheng Tian Geng Ji - Landmark Jingde Cuisine 📍 Xishan Lake Tiandi Building F, F1st Floor, Unit 01 Right near the Ceramics Museum. After checking in at Silent Buddha, come here for dinner. This authentic Jingde cuisine restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere! The Fresh Diaolong Beef Pancake is a must-try. The freshly baked corn tortilla is filled with marinated beef, the crust is crispy, and the filling is juicy. It's not spicy at all, yet incredibly flavorful. None of the above dishes are spicy, but equally delicious. Jiangxi cuisine is truly the pinnacle of stir-fries.
