There are many small restaurants and larger restaurants in Fuliang, which is close to Jingdezhen. I never thought that there are so many delicious dishes in this mountainous area. At first, I didn't believe it. I always heard people living here say that Beijing's dishes are not as delicious as those in Jingdezhen and Fuliang. Later, I realized that Fuliang's dishes are delicious.

At noon that day, it was misty and rainy. We were the only one at the table. We ordered 5 dishes and a soup. We were sitting by the Yao River, eating fresh wild vegetables, surrounded by clear water and green mountains, and ancient tiles and gray walls. It was a delight. It was like being in the fairyland on earth.

The four words "cheap and good quality" represent the characteristics of this restaurant. To be honest, the decoration is poor and the hardware is not good, but the dishes are indeed worth a try. There is no exquisite appearance, just the most simple local dishes, but they make your tongue surrender.
