Passing by Guanghan, the Civil Aviation Flight Academy is very famous. I went to the flight academy next to it not to see beautiful women, but to eat at this Zaizai Restaurant, which has been open for many years. Before I went there, I was still thinking that it would be disappointing. After all, is the quality guaranteed in rural places? I arrived at 11:30, and there were not too many people. It was full at 12 o'clock. It was on the main road, and the outdoor was dusty. The decoration inside was very simple, which was the standard of old roadside restaurants. Don't expect too much service. You can find someone if you call. It's satisfying to be so busy. The dishes exceeded expectations. The first expectation was that the portion was large. Three people and five dishes actually only ate half in the end, and the other half was packed home for a second meal. The second is that the signature dishes are said to be roasted eel segments and stir-fried eel shreds. I ordered one of each. In the end, the stir-fried taste was excellent and went well with rice. I ate it all without any leftovers. The roasted eel segments tasted very good, and the sour and spicy were coordinated. Although not as good as stir-fried, it was also the kind of delicious that could be ranked among the best in the world. The braised dishes and the home-cooked dishes of leeks and pork shreds were not weak either. There aren't many delicious restaurants in Guanghan, but this one is worth a try.
