I originally planned to eat snacks at Shuajin Temple, but seeing that this store is said to be more delicious, I temporarily changed to the store next door.
We arrived at the store around 4 pm, and there were always scattered customers entering the store. It seems that it has a really good reputation. I would come to eat a meal when I drive by.

The dishes are not particularly rich, mainly dumplings and noodles, and sauerkraut dumplings are especially the special signature.

The sour soup dumplings are the most famous. I see many customers just order a certain amount of dumplings, a big bowl, and eat them enthusiastically. It&#39;s satisfying just to watch.
The business in the store is really good. The staff has been sitting in the back kitchen making dumplings, and they are busy all the time.
They use a pressure cooker to cook dumplings here, so you need to wait a while after ordering before you can eat them, which is a bit slow.
