I went to Jingxi for a trip and stayed at Jingxi Global Holiday Hotel. Next to the hotel is the Ai Min River Snail Noodle Shop. Seeing the unique decoration of the shop, I walked in and ordered the Ai Min River Snail Noodle with Three Fresh Vegetables and Clear Soup.
