I came to Jintang in December 2019 and found a snack shop at random. Liu Chao Shou is still a little famous in Jintang. It mainly sells noodles and wonton dumplings, and there are also several kinds of cooking. You can also buy raw wonton dumplings and pack them up to make them at home. The wontons are fragrant with red chili oil. Now it seems that the shop is still in business. The price should have increased a little, but not much.

Liu Chao Shou is a famous snack in Jintang County. It is said that there is a branch nearby opened by the boss's brothers. When you enter the store, you can see a large can of cooked oil chili peppers on the refrigerator for sale. This is really fragrant. It is good to put some in anything you eat, and it is not spicy. We ordered a small portion of red oil wonton + original soup wonton + red oil dumplings, all of which are 6 yuan per small portion, about 8-10. The wonton skin is relatively tender and smooth, the original soup can be drunk, very fresh, the red oil will be very fragrant, not spicy. The dumplings are seasoned with the ingredients of Zhong dumplings, which are also very flavorful. The dumpling skin is chewy and has a good taste. The wonton dumplings are all good. I think the disadvantage is that the meat doesn't taste very meaty. It's a bit of a waste of seasoning. In general, the craftsmanship is still very good and worth patronizing. I really recommend taking two cans of cooked oil chili peppers home. They are particularly fragrant and have a very classic and authentic taste.

The last time I came to Liu Chao Shou was in the summer. I went to Wufengxi with my sister. It was past 1pm at noon, and we came here to eat wontons. I usually like dumplings, and the signature of this restaurant is the wontons, so of course I have to try it. The store is not very big, and the layout is very old. When I just entered, a table of people had just finished eating and left a seat for me. It is better to be lucky than to be early. I ordered one or two red soup dumplings, which cost two dollars and fifty cents, which is very cheap. It only takes a few minutes to get dumplings. I like this efficiency. I was very hungry in the morning (I originally planned to eat pig intestines rice noodles first, but the popularity there was ridiculous. If I went there hungry, I would definitely go crazy. Fortunately, I went to Liu Chao Shou first, which was wise ing^_^). I held back my appetite when I got the dumplings and took a photo with my camera. The amount of meat is not small, the heat is just right, the wonton skin is not soft, the meat is tender and crispy, the red oil is fragrant but not spicy, and the seasoning is not much, but just right. No wonder the business is good and a branch has been opened in Chengdu. It is worth a try. Just after eating the wontons, someone came to sit in the seat I just sat down.
