We came all the way south from Guangyuan to Langzhong. Since we had a full breakfast, we wanted to find the most distinctive snacks in Langzhong. This shop is not far from the ancient city. Compared with the shops in the ancient city, the decoration of this shop is relatively modern. But don’t look at its ordinary decoration. The special noodles here are really delicious. Langzhong’s beef noodles have been on the program "A Bite of China". The method here is to have a very rich soup. In fact, it can’t be said to be rich. It is already in the form of paste. Beef noodles are still quite cost-effective, just a few yuan a bowl. You can add something below. I added a portion of bean sprouts for one yuan. Although the small portion of beef noodles is not particularly large, it is enough for me who is a little full. There are usually two or three pieces of beef. The store also sells jelly and other things. You can easily have braised beef for a simple lunch. 3 Yinxian Beef Noodles It's just outside the ancient city. Go straight from Zhongtian Tower and turn right after leaving the ancient city. It's a soup noodle, but the soup base is different from what you've eaten before. It's very thick and has a similar taste to Hu La Tang. The noodles are packed in bowls in advance. When you go to get them, the lady pours the soup base and chopped green onions into them. The taste is a bit special. You can mix it with a spoonful of garlic juice + chili powder to make it taste better. And they only sell this kind of noodles.
