Last night I wanted to try the local dishes nearby, and the specialty dishes in the restaurant were surprisingly good! The pig&#39;s trotters and pickled cabbage go well with rice, and the boiled beef should be better than the beef in Jiangsu and Zhejiang!

This was my favorite and happiest meal during the Sichuan-Tibet self-driving tour.
The dishes were all unique, and it was one of the most exquisite and enjoyable restaurants I&#39;ve eaten in Tibet.
It was also very cost-effective, and the dishes were very fresh. The yak beef was especially delicious!

In places like western Sichuan, I don&#39;t have any requirements for food, as long as it&#39;s clean and hygienic, and I have a certain amount of green vegetables every day.
I was originally interested in Tibetan food, but two years ago, I went to a highly rated Tibetan restaurant and was shocked by the dirty and messy bathroom and the dishes that didn&#39;t look very clean. Since then, I never want to eat Tibetan food again.

So all I bought on this trip were Sichuan dishes.
This casserole was originally planned because the yak soup pot was not open, so I temporarily chose this one opposite as a substitute.
