I ordered the lemon flavor. The hot pot ingredients were cooked right in front of me by the waiter, so I felt safe eating them. I ordered a silver carp and two pounds of yellow croaker. They were killed right on the spot and looked very fresh. The taste was very good. The vegetarian dishes were very large in portion. I couldn&#39;t finish all 4 of them. The tofu was especially delicious.

点了柠檬味的，火锅料是服务员当面现炒，吃起来放心，点了一条花鲢和两斤黄辣丁，现点现杀的很新鲜，味道非常好，素菜分量很大，点了4个素菜都没有吃完，里面的豆腐特别好吃。

Last night I wanted to try the local dishes nearby, and the specialty dishes in the restaurant were surprisingly good! The pig&#39;s trotters and pickled cabbage go well with rice, and the boiled beef should be better than the beef in Jiangsu and Zhejiang!

This was my favorite and happiest meal during the Sichuan-Tibet self-driving tour.
The dishes were all unique, and it was one of the most exquisite and enjoyable restaurants I&#39;ve eaten in Tibet.
It was also very cost-effective, and the dishes were very fresh. The yak beef was especially delicious!

In places like western Sichuan, I don&#39;t have any requirements for food, as long as it&#39;s clean and hygienic, and I have a certain amount of green vegetables every day.
I was originally interested in Tibetan food, but two years ago, I went to a highly rated Tibetan restaurant and was shocked by the dirty and messy bathroom and the dishes that didn&#39;t look very clean. Since then, I never want to eat Tibetan food again.

So all I bought on this trip were Sichuan dishes.
This casserole was originally planned because the yak soup pot was not open, so I temporarily chose this one opposite as a substitute.

He was determined to order this meal. To be honest, it looked ordinary, but he was very happy and satisfied with it, saying it went well with rice.

Bashu Sichuan Restaurant is located beside National Highway 318 in Gaocheng Town, Litang County. Although it is in the Tibetan area, the Sichuan cuisine they serve is very authentic. The customers are basically tourists along the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. The fish-flavored pork shreds and boiled pork slices are both good.
