Jin Yue Xuan in the Golden Bauhinia Hotel really amazed me. I tried the classic shrimp dumplings, rice rolls, tripe, lava buns, chicken feet, and congee for breakfast, and each one was superb! You can tell that Jin Yue Xuan's dim sum is freshly made, not half-finished. The shrimp dumplings are beautifully pinched, and two fresh prawns are wrapped inside, and the shrimp meat is still crispy! The strangely named Meicai Barbecued Pork Rice Rolls, the Meicai is actually crispy and not too salty, and the combination with the barbecuing neutralizes the sweetness of the barbecuing, which is amazing!

The location is on Changhu Road. The road is under construction recently, so it is difficult to walk. It is recommended to reserve a seat in advance, especially on weekends or holidays. I didn't reserve a seat and queued for about half an hour. I was upset. The elevator goes directly to the third floor for dining. The dining environment is very good, not as noisy and chaotic as other morning teas. The shrimp dumplings don't look very big, but there are three or four shrimps inside when you bite them. They are quite delicious and recommended. The chicken feet are bigger than the morning teas I had before. I think they are carefully selected. I feel that the porridge is average. The lava buns are also very good. When you bite them, you can smell the aroma of salted egg yolk. It's happy. The price may be lower if there are more people, usually 100 per person. A 10% service charge is added here.

I found this one and decided to have morning tea. I arrived a little after 11 o'clock. I made several phone calls to inquire about the situation, make an appointment and get a number. I arrived at the store at the right time and sat down to order dishes. I ordered shrimp dumplings, black bean sauce chicken feet and the signature chicken feet, barbecued pork, durian pastry, lava buns, two kinds of porridge, sea emperor sausage, and radish cake. I ordered salty chicken and blanched choy sum, red rice fried rice, and an egg white apricot juice. In fact, there are many other things I want to try but I can't eat them. It turns out that the amount I ordered is just right for 5 people, and everyone is very satisfied. The person who looks like a manager in the middle came over to ask everyone how they ate, and everyone praised it wholeheartedly. The manager also said that we ordered good dishes, and I was a little proud of it. After all, I have loved Cantonese cuisine and dim sum for many years, and I have heard of Jin Yue Xuan. I have tried all the big brands in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, etc., and I like to have another big store. I will go to Macau to eat again if I have the chance\(^o^)/.

The flavor is amazing. You can order anything here and it's delicious. But it's expensive. The only thing that's not so good is the blanched choy sum, which is a bit dry and tasteless. The rest are amazing. I recommend beef rice noodle rolls, snow clam egg tarts, beef ribs, and snowflake beef fried buns. I really want to be a rich person and come here every day for morning tea. To be honest, I still can't eat enough for $100 per person.

The location is a bit remote, at the end of the street. Because the subway is under construction, if you drive there, you may have to go around for a while. The environment is nice and elegant, but when there are many people, there can be 3 or 4 tables in a private room, but it doesn't have much impact. The shrimp dumplings have thin skin and rich fillings, the porridge is light but not bland, the beef ribs are salty and refreshing, the lava buns are sweet but not greasy, and the tripe is full of flavor.
