I was playing nearby and saw that this shop was very busy, so I came in to try it. I didn't expect it to be on the must-eat list. The service in this shop was very good. One roll per person was full. The fried five-spice meat is similar to a cutlet, well-marinated and flavorful, with a strong five-spice flavor. The skin is crispy, and the portion is generous. 🍽️Nangong Hele Restaurant 💰️28 yuan/person 💗I saw this restaurant was highly recommended. Seeing it's been open for 12 years, the food must be good. I arrived at 11:30 and it was pretty empty. By 12:00, it was almost packed! Hele noodles, a transliteration of "hele noodles," have thick and slightly firm noodles, tasting like large spaghetti. The broth is rich and the ingredients are excellent. 🍽️Duck Neck King (Shijia Farmers' Market Branch) 💗This Duck Neck King is a popular online restaurant, highly recommended by many. The taste is truly excellent. The duck neck and head, marinated in milk, are incredibly rich and flavorful. The owner is also very welcoming. 🍽️Zhenji Kaiyuan Whole Chicken 💰️70 yuan/person 💗If you're passing through Weifang, you absolutely have to get off the highway to try this. It's a creative dish, made with steamed chicken, shredded, and tossed with mustard. It's incredibly flavorful, yet not overpowering, and you'll want more. It's also a great and affordable main course.

It was already afternoon when we arrived in Weifang. After checking into the hotel, we quickly headed out to eat. Since most of the big restaurants were still closed, we decided to try something local: Chaotian Hot Pot! What is Chaotian Hot Pot? It's a bit like Beijing's Luzhu (Chinese stew), where the food is cooked in a large pot, but without any fire. Instead, a thin pancake is used to wrap large intestines, pork strips, pork head, lungs, stomach, and ears. Enjoy! This is called authentic Chaotian Hot Pot. You can also order donkey meat or vegetarian shredded potatoes and eggs. I also recommend a bowl of Hele noodles with a little chili sauce—you'll sweat it out! Don't rush here; when I went, the owner was the only one there, and he was busy with three or four tables of customers. Take your time! A cheap and delicious place to eat!

I came here because of its reputation. It's good, delicious, and a local specialty. There's no line even at lunchtime. This long-established Chaotian Hot Pot restaurant has been consistently praised by my family. The five-spice pork, wrapped in Sichuan peppercorns, is fried deliciously. The mustard chicken is unique, with a slightly strong flavor that's overwhelming, but delicious. The radish and egg are huge.

The meat is very tender and delicious. The crust is handmade, very chewy and has a nice noodle aroma. The braised pork is also very delicious. It is highly recommended.
