#Local Food The main dishes are braised noodles and stewed vegetables. Salted pork and spare ribs are the recommended dishes. I ordered salted pork braised noodles and spare ribs stewed vegetables. Both were amazing. The braised noodles were better than what I had before. The noodles were hand-rolled, and the taste and heat were well controlled. This was the first time I had this type of stewed vegetable. There were spare ribs, potatoes, vermicelli, beans, tofu, and tomatoes. It was stewed soft and sticky. It was really great!
