故乡食府装修尚可，菜品一般。服务极差，服务员扎堆聊天不管客人（两天时间观察，始终是服务员比客人多），客人需求基本靠自助。更奇葩的是每位就餐的客人在饭费之外另加收茶位费以及碗筷使用费，每位3元（并非一次性消毒碗筷而是店里的自备碗筷）。更有意思的是不按实际消费照实收账，而是把不足一元的零头，均提高成1元收取。这个店给人感觉是尽力宰游客的。
