Natura in tavola

Surprised that this restaurant is not appearing in all the guides as the place to go to try pizza in the center of Sicily.Best pizza of Sicily in my opinion.

Arriving from Favara after more than 1 hour of driving, a place that combines tradition and avant-garde, excellent quality raw materials, cooked with simplicity and respect for local products, excellent service that meets the customer's expectations.

Very kind staff, first course with ricotta and pistachio very good, appetizer of cheese and various cured meats and second course meat, and trio of meats, very tender, (very good).

My meal was almost perfect, but sadly it was ruined by some loud and rude customers at the next table. They were not only talking loudly, which would have been tolerable, but shouting, and even their children were running around and screaming uncontrollably. I know this is an isolated incident, considering they have been regulars in the past.

Excellent food! Very pleasant atmosphere as well as the kindness and courtesy of the owner. We recommend to all those who want to be amazed by dishes prepared with the heart We will definitely be back
