Excellent local food in a nice setting. There is a lot of choice. The dough used for pizzas rises during 48 hours which makes them more digestible. There are also digestive drinks made locally by a partner, good wine and good beer (though no tap beer)

Excellent food and very attemptive service. We asked for a table with a view to the Valley of the Temples monuments that were illuminated and they put us in a terrace at the third floor which was great,.This combination (food, service and view) made this the best dinner of our trip to Sicily.

The grouper fillet was incredible, honestly the best I&#39;ve had. The dining room itself is so clean and bright, with these really comfortable chairs. It just felt like a nice, calm place to enjoy a meal.

I&rsquo;ve eaten here four times. The food and service are consistently of the highest quality. The location is wonderful as it it set back from the road and it is a lovely place to enjoy an excellent meal outdoors.
