Lovely spot on the pier with great harbour views. The seating was very comfortable, which made for a relaxed meal.

Called ahead to pre-order, which was smart. Everything's made fresh so there's a bit of a wait. But for the portion sizes you get, it's definitely worth it.

Popped in for a final breakfast before leaving Oban. The fruit scone was warm and spot-on. Service was friendly, though it does get quite busy by 10am. Their Victoria Sandwich was lovely, but the real star was the mango coconut smoothie bowl – paired perfectly with a strong black coffee.

Portions are huge here. Got the garlic naan and a rice to share with a mate. More than enough for two. Curry had good flavour. Quick service for a lunch stop.

I'm on a mission to find the best empire biscuit, and this place is up there. The jam was just tart enough, the icing not too sweet, and the biscuit itself had a lovely crumb. A really nice version.

Popular spot, so there was a queue for takeaway. Opted for that to eat by the harbour. Food was ready in about 15 minutes. Efficient for a quick lunch. The view definitely added to it.

We were a large party and Nabeel was so attentive, making sure we all had what we needed without us having to ask. The food was lovely, with a nice balance of flavours in each dish. A very comfortable and easy meal.

The harbour view from the window seat is lovely. It's a nice spot between the station and ferry terminal.

The scallops and langoustines were incredible. I’ve never had them so fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff were lovely and really made us feel welcome.

No reservation needed on a Wednesday, got a table straight away. The steak pie was the highlight of our trip. My friends were raving about the sticky toffee pudding, said it was the best they'd ever tasted.

The seafood cocktail was lovely. A family-run spot in a nice part of town.

The daily special was langoustines in garlic butter. The shellfish were sweet and perfectly cooked, the garlic butter was rich but not heavy. Good for a lighter meal. The baguette was essential for soaking up all that sauce.

A local friend suggested this place and I'm glad I listened. The grilled octopus was spot on, tender with a nice char. Staff were friendly without being overbearing. Solid meal.

Stopped here after hiking Ben Lora. The free parking is a huge plus, makes it so convenient. Got a coffee and a scone. The scone was fine, but honestly, for the price, I expected it to be a bit bigger.

Nice window seats for watching the world go by. I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients are here. The greens in my salad were crisp, and the grilled chicken was tender. It's a good spot for a simple, healthy lunch.

The Stornoway black pudding was a nice surprise, cooked fresh. The scampi was meaty and portions were good. I liked that the tables were well-spaced, made it feel relaxed.

Popped in for a breakfast roll before heading out. The sausage was really good quality, and the coffee was strong enough to actually wake me up. Just what I needed.

Sat outside, sunny day. Burger was juicy. Chili fries were the standout, crispy and just the right heat. Staff kept up even when it got packed. Solid spot.

Love the daily soup here, the pea and ham was so good! The space is really big inside with comfy sofas, perfect for catching up with friends. Service was quick too.

Service was really attentive, and they had a nice variety of healthy options. Everything came out hot and fresh, which I appreciate.

Popped in for a chai latte and a slice of their coconut chai cake. The cake was so moist, with a lovely hint of spice. Just the right spot to pause for a bit. The staff were really nice too.

Busy spot, but they got my order out super fast. Staff were helpful when I asked what's quick. Solid lunch for under a tenner.

The scrambled eggs were so light and fluffy, really fresh! The full Scottish breakfast was a bit heavy for me though.

The sweet potato and chickpea burger was the standout. The patty had a nice crisp edge and a soft, flavourful centre. The mac and cheese was decent, creamy and rich, but the burger was the real reason I'd go back.

Solid spot for a quick lunch. The vegan options are decent and the prices are fair. Good to know they allow dogs, as I often walk mine nearby. Service was efficient.

Quick lunch spot. Staff are friendly and get orders out fast. Food is good quality, no complaints. Perfect for a quick bite when you're in a rush.

The seafood spaghetti really stood out. You could taste the freshness in every bite, the seafood was perfectly cooked. The rigatoni Norma was also lovely, simple but full of flavour. A really nice, balanced meal.
