Mappen Noodle Bar: Basically, this is the only restaurant where I feel like I can eat alone without feeling awkward. And the spicy fish roe soba is really good the more you eat it!

I don't know when Yang Guofu Malatang changed to No. 1 Malatang. Anyway, the ingredients are really fresh, the soup base is really good, and it's very solid [hehe]. It's the best Malatang I've had in Sydney, no doubt about it. Purple rice yogurt is also very good, and it goes perfectly with Malatang hotpot [love you].

Why is there no one here? Avoiding the noise near the Sydney Opera House, this place is more like a part of local life. Order a beer and some snacks ~ Looking at the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House on the opposite bank, listening to the live music downstairs, it couldn't be more comfortable ~

This is a creative dish that combines Australian ingredients with Chinese cooking techniques. Cricket/worm fried rice, I have never dared to eat worms in China. It really makes me want to dance. The duck is soft-crispy-soft when you bite it. The sauce is made with raspberries and plums that are unique to Australia. It has a lot of spices but no peculiar smell.

Barbeque

The barbecue was generally good, except for the sausages (sausages are too salty no matter where they are) and the outermost layer of red meat that was marinated and seasoned when grilled. But if you are lucky, you can get the meat in the middle and it will taste great. After eating a round, I still think chicken is the best choice that will never go wrong.

Because the boss is very nice, he personally provides service and is very patient and thoughtful in explaining things, so I want to focus on recommending this store 😌 Based on the elements of matcha, all the food is added with the taste of matcha, constantly challenging the taste buds, and all kinds of new ways to eat it, it can't be better 😏

This is a great place to enjoy a business lunch and I'm sure it gets even better at dinner time. After tasting many of the fresh and delicious lunch menu items, we had to order the Kung Pao Shrimp. I was initially intimidated by the amount of chili on the plate, but the appearance of the food can be deceiving, the spiciness of the dish was not overwhelming and I found it quite cool and enjoyable. This is a must try delicious dish.

Tonight, Nanshang is honored to be invited to participate in the first historical adventure tour held by Hero of Waterloo, one of Sydney's oldest bars! Many Chinese living in Australia and friends who come to Australia for tourism know little about the bars and restaurants in the quiet streets of The Rocks. This three-story sandstone traditional bar has been in business for more than 170 years and is named after the famous victory of the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. The environment inside is great, but I was so hungry that I didn't even have time to take pictures of the food before I ate it.
