Castel Nuovo - Maschio Angioino Review

The new fort in Naples, Italy, was built on the point of entry to Naples at the time. The new fort was dubbed the "new" word, as opposed to the older castle in Naples. The new castle is both a royal palace and a defensive fortress, occupying a pivotal position in the city defense system. It is located on the high slope of the Naples seaside, in front of the Naples City Hall Square, one of Naples' famous landmarks. The castle walls are composed of five cylindrical towers, which are integrated with the city walls and towers, and have a rough and masculine character of medieval architecture.

It is a typical French-style castle and one of Naples' finest landmarks. Today, the castle houses a small civic museum with oil paintings depicting Naples history and other castle relics.

The Renaissance Naples Hotel has checked in, because the room can only be checked in at 3 pm, so I walked to this new castle to visit, the walk time is about 5 minutes, here is a fee, there is also a guide machine, there is a small church now to do a painting exhibition, there are many art works

The big old city Naples with plenty of action and things to do. This Castle is open many times during the week and is worth a visit.
