The palace was spacious and beautiful and full of history in its architecture! I went there with my family and me and my mum tried the traditional Korean outfits. if you wear the traditional costume, the entrance fee will be free. They sometimes do a live show of the traditional dance and music.

the largest of the Five Grand Palaces, and witness the traditional changing of the guard ceremony. Nearby, Gwanghwamun Square offers a gateway to Korea’s rich history with its iconic statues and the majestic view of the palace against the city’s skyline.

One of the finest (must visit) places in Seoul to witness ancient/historical times of Korean history and culture! Very well maintained. Easily accessible from metro station. Loved walking around the palace premises and witness the historical vibes. It feels so good to be here if you’re a history loving person! Also, the admission is discounted for those with physical disabilities and free to those wearing Hanboks (the traditional Korean attire than can be rented just outside of the palace at various shops).
