For dinner, I chose French food Le Bordeaux (), to go out of the city center, and take a car from Caravelle to the north for more than 20 minutes. Le Bordeaux was recommended by the local authority food magazine and New York Times, because French food is very authentic, the chef is Vietnamese French, has his own farm in Bordeaux, France, most of the ingredients are selected from the farm to fly to Vietnam to ensure the standard of the ingredients. The restaurant is located in a white old building left over from the French colonial period. It looks not very eye-catching outside. The interior decoration is quite elegant, and it is Christmas, and the dressing is particularly warm. The restaurant has two floors, the first floor is suitable for tea parties and the second floor is used for dining. At that time, festival set was a 3 courses designated for oyster +, excluding meals and wine, 60 US dollars/person plus 5% service fee, which was quite affordable. We went to A La Carte menu, because we chose more, about 1.5 million VND per capita, in terms of fine dining, the price is good.
