I recently dined at Loiseau de Ducs and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Every dish I tried was delicious, showcasing the chef’s skill and creativity. From appetizers to desserts, the flavors were outstanding, and I left feeling satisfied.However, I must address some issues with the service. While the food was exceptional, there were notable delays in the administrative aspect of our experience. We waited for the bill for nearly half an hour, which was quite frustrating. When the bill finally arrived, we discovered that all the wine we had ordered was missing from it. It took an additional five minutes for the staff to rectify the error and locate our wine selections.Despite these issues, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in resolving the situation promptly. However, improving the efficiency of administrative tasks, such as bill processing and accurately recording orders, would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.
