Built in the Northern Song Dynasty, Pushou Temple was founded in 1991, and the abbot Rui led more than 30 female monks to self-reliance and rebuild the now-completed monastery. The Buddhist Academy has no borders and regional restrictions, and eligible foreigners are also included in the admissions list as long as the National Religious Bureau approves. The Buddhist college is not for ordinary women, but for bichus who have already left their homes. Here, monks must obey the Buddhist law in every word and act, and they must obey the three hundred and forty-eight commandments. Get up at three in the morning and turn off the lights at ten in the evening, and spend the rest of the day chanting, labor and homework, except for two meals and lunch breaks.
