The Qiantang Grassland is located on the northern Tibetan plateau, between the Kunlun Mountains, Tanggula Mountains and the Gangdisi Mountains, with an average altitude of more than 4,500 meters. It is the largest natural grassland in Tibet and one of the five major pastures in China.
