The history of the temple of the Freshwater Fuyou Palace dates from the Qianlong Qing Dynasty - founded in 1782 AD, and is the earliest temple of freshwater. Recording the history of freshwater reclamation, according to historical records, freshwater Fuyou Palace is from the coast of Xiamen, Fujian, Liuyan: Wurong (Nan'an) Luoyang (Hui'an), Jinshui (Jinjiang), Taoyuan (Yongchun), Qingxi (Anxi), Yintong (Tong'an), Huaiwei's Zhishi of Qing Dynasty and Ming Dynasty, Shunying Pazhou Mazu Mengyou. The temple was built in Shanwei (that is, today: fresh water), Puji sailing, and the vastness of Xianmu God's grace. It was rebuilt in Jiaqing's first year (1796 AD).
