The Regent's Park Review

The Regent’s Park, located at the north-west end of London, is the second largest park in central London, after Hyde Park, which covers more than 500 acres and was originally the hunting ground of Henry VIII. The gardens are equipped with gardens, lakes, rose gardens, stadiums and children's playgrounds. In addition to the London Zoo in the north, there is an open-air theatre, which often plays Shakespeare in summer.

We got a bus from Trafalgar Square to Regent Station (Regents Station) and started walking. There are beautiful gardens and spacious spaces. Queen Mary garden is particularly beautiful. Then I walked along the canal and took the bus back to central London. It was a really good day.

While waiting for the train, we went to Regent's Park in London. It was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of London. You can take a quiet walk and relax. The park is also very popular with runners and joggers because it is beautiful. The Regent Park is truly amazing.

我们是6月上旬来的，这时候伦敦的白天特别长，玩到晚上9点多，天都还没黑，而此时公园中鲜有游客，诺大的公园，仿佛被我们包场了一样。玛丽女王花园的玫瑰园特别漂亮，我们到的时候，各种各样的玫瑰花都在盛开季节，许多花丛式花坛，一个花坛丛植一种玫瑰。可惜昨天晴朗的天空不再有，天空有点阴沉，虽然花儿还是这么艳丽，但草地和树木在阴天就没这么翠绿了。有机会到伦敦，一定要在他们的大公园中走走。

摄政公园以前是皇家狩猎场，果然是令人身心愉悦的露天场所，配上今天的好天气，宁静安详，同时又不乏生机，兼具了大都市和乡村的感觉，走过了足球场，网球场，还有可以泛舟的湖泊，北面还有个伦敦动物园，还有一段摄政运河沿着公园缓缓流淌，公园南边的玛丽女王花园（QUEEN MARY’S GARDENS)格外漂亮，看着满园子的玫瑰花树枝，想到她们在夏季开放的时候会多么璀璨艳丽啊，还有一个露天剧院配着盛大的喷泉，在夜晚会有莎士比亚和其他名家的经典剧目上演，还有喜剧表演和演唱会呢，
