There are several different names: Locke Bund source, Yifeng Bund source, Bund source 33, etc., these are actually one of the components. The historical Yuanmingyuan Road is a road with only one-sided street facades, facing a large green area of the British Consulate. The road's architecture is tightly arranged and in different styles, depicting the world's vicissitudes of Shanghai for more than 100 years. After the British Consulate was built at the intersection of the Huangpu River and the Suzhou River in 1855, the area along the Yuanmingyuan Road quickly became a foreign consulate, and the gathering place of associations, cultural institutions and foreign banks in Western countries made Yuanmingyuan Road one of the densest roads in history.
