服務人員態度客氣友善，這裡各個專櫃、商家的服務品質都是良好的，大型購物廣場的服務品質能維持這水平，已經不容易了！設施方面，燈光設計不足，整體感覺不夠明亮，動線規劃流暢，但總覺得有股淡淡的臭味，不知道是否是因為人多的關係！環境整體而言是舒適的，雖然人多吵雜了些，環境乾淨清爽，且佔盡地利之便，交通便利，又在著名景點對面，整體環境給人的感覺是舒適的空間。
