Genuine review, absolutely no ads! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It was my first time in Dunhuang, and I arrived at 11 PM. The driver who picked us up was incredibly enthusiastic, and his commentary along the way gave us a great impression of the simplicity and hospitality of Gansu people. After check-in, every staff member was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The hotel's pillows and toiletries were also excellent. The breakfast and coffee at the Stargazer Pavilion were unique experiences too. Mogao Grottoes were breathtakingly beautiful. I'll definitely visit Dunhuang again, and I'll continue to choose this hotel.

We had a very short stay at this hotel. It lives up to its rating. We were picked up from the railway station. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was neat, clean and very comfortable. 100% recommend this hotel.

Very Good
Highly recommend! This hotel offers airport or railway station pickup free service. The hotel location is excellent and not so far for Mogaocave, the dunhuang night market, Mingsha Mountains.. The hotel room is super clean, wide, and has comfy.beds. Also, the hotel provided everything necessary Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and responsible for guests. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and the staff always helped us for traveling. They called a taxi for us to travel to tourist spots Even if they don't speak English , we communicate by translation application on the phone. They also bring us to pharmacy and supermarket. How they are wonderful and thankful. If we go there again, we will definitely stay there again. I traveled all over the world for 20 years, but I never met like the hotel and staff. Totally never forgetable hotel and staff. God bless forever! Thanks again!!!

Holiday Inn Express has been my default hotel whenever I travel in the US Or in china. I was impressed by the Holiday Inn Express at Zhangye for their excellent customer services, delicious breakfast, and room facilities. Their room rate was also surprisely friendly. This low rate may not last once the hotel completes its renovation.

The hotel is in the style of small villas one by one. It is very big. You can park for free everywhere. The staff in the lobby are very enthusiastic and patiently introduced to us. We originally booked a big bed, and they helped us when we saw that we had children. I upgraded a parent-child room for free, thank you so much! The guest room supplies are also very complete, the soft and hard bristle toothbrushes are very friendly, and the toilets in the guest room bathrooms are also good. Of course, the hygiene is also worthy of praise, especially for us, the hygiene of the bathroom is not annoying The hair in the shower room is polished, and even the pictures in the bathroom are clean. Details determine the hygiene quality of the guest rooms in this store. The guest rooms are quiet and exquisite; the Internet is also smooth; the mattresses are very comfortable, and the pillows in the guest rooms are also very good , two options are available, satisfying multiple choices, and the flowers in the hotel are all in bloom, which is very beautiful! ! ! My family of three made the right choice for this hotel. As soon as the car pulled up, the staff greeted us and took our luggage, which was incredibly reassuring. The housekeeper, mindful of our child, provided slippers, toiletries, and a small toy, which the child loved. The service was personalized, and the room was comfortable, bright, and clean. It felt comfortable for our family of three. The attentiveness was evident in every detail, especially the care provided for families with children. I hope this continues and I'll be back.

The hotel is located in the city, yet it is not too noisy. Hotel provides free pick up service from Mogao International Airport which is very thoughtful. The night market is just about 1km away. It's easy to call a didi to everywhere. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room could be improved. We were given fruits and yogurt cups everyday. DIY laundry service is a bonus too.

🏯 Amazing hotel. It’s impossible to put into words how wonderful this hotel is. Close to the desert, with a beautiful desert view—you feel like you’re living in a fortress 🏰 An amazing experience. Every detail is thoughtfully considered. Souvenirs and yogurt welcome you in the room. The rooms are very cozy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Chiness restaurants also - recommended 100%
