I was really happy with my stay at this hotel during my trip to Guilin! As soon as we arrived, the staff told us about nearby attractions and even gave us a tour guide, which saved us a lot of hassle. We could walk to all the nearby sights, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent and perfectly adequate. Mid-stay, we ran out of toiletries, and as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they were brought to our room immediately. The staff proactively asked if we were comfortable, and when we checked out, they gave us a bag for our belongings and extra bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided cooling patches and mosquito repellent when they heard I was going to Yangshuo next. The service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Discovered a hidden gem of a hotel for my trip to Guilin! Its location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center by Rong Lake. The Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, and Jingjiang Princes' City are all within walking distance. Plus, there are electric scooters available for rent right outside, so you can explore all the main attractions without any hassle. The hotel service was incredibly heartwarming. The staff were all so enthusiastic and attentive; they even proactively helped us with our luggage. The lobby thoughtfully provided complimentary fruits and various soft drinks, which you could help yourself to – it's the little details that count! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic Guilin rice noodles and Gongcheng oil tea, truly capturing the local flavors. The restaurant also serves genuine Guilin cuisine for lunch and dinner, which was delicious and authentic. The first-floor lobby also has a gym and a children's play area, so if you're traveling with kids, you won't have to worry about them getting bored or restless. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guilin!

This was a brilliant and comfortable stay. Comfy beds, japanese style toilets, smart lighting and the poeple at teh counter were really great and helpful. The owner was handing out peaches and to those who smoke, ciegrettes as well. Haha. Its a chinese thing to give out cigerettes I learned. But theres a bit if sound at night as big lorries trnasports during the night and makes some noise. There is sound proof. But the lorries sometimes can be big. So if you are not a light it should be fine.

I saw online that this hotel was highly rated for its beautiful scenery, so I made a special trip here! The hotel entrance might seem unassuming, but once you step inside, it's a whole different world. The hotel is right on the Li River, where you can go fishing during the day. In the afternoon, there are even cormorant fishing interactions and traditional craft workshops, all perfect for family fun. The hotel also offers free travel photography, and we got some great family photos as a souvenir. The photographer was very professional and excellent at guiding us. The facilities are comprehensive, with a parking lot, a pool, and a kids' club. The service is also excellent; they pretty much fulfill every request! I highly recommend everyone come and experience it for yourselves!

The hotel upgraded me to a sunset view room, which I absolutely loved! The room was huge and even had a balcony. It was raining that day, but thankfully, we had the balcony where we could enjoy dessert soup, admire the view, and browse on our phones – it was so relaxing. The hotel service was also excellent. They called me before check-in and after I added their concierge on WeChat, they sent me all the hotel information, including Wi-Fi details and contact numbers. They even provided tips for restaurants and attractions, which was incredibly helpful for a first-time visitor like me. The hotel is very close to the Twin Towers and Elephant Trunk Hill, both within walking distance. We also strolled to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street and East-West Alley, all very convenient – the location is superb! Right behind the hotel, through an alley, there's a residential area with many small eateries, so even if you don't get breakfast at the hotel, you won't struggle to find food. Plus, even though I didn't book breakfast, I could still go to the dining hall in the morning and grab two cups of coffee to go – I absolutely loved that, a coffee lover's dream come true! Oh, and they also offer complimentary dessert soup in the evenings, but you need to pick it up from the lobby.

Let's start with the service. Since I was traveling from Shenzhen, it took me 6 hours to get there, so I arrived quite late. The customer service team had already called ahead to give me directions and arranged for staff to meet me. Arriving after midnight, there was a gentleman waiting in the lobby for me, which was incredibly kind. Afterwards, they even sent me sightseeing routes via WeChat – such thoughtful details! As for the environment, it was genuinely comfortable and perfectly met all my expectations for a room with floor-to-ceiling windows. 🥰 Regarding value for money, I'm not exaggerating when I say that on my first day in Guangxi, this hotel was the absolute best part! The main thing is that for such an environment, the price really wasn't high at all. It's a perfect 100 points. If I ever go back to this area, I will definitely choose this hotel again 🏨. I even checked out on the second day and then re-booked it – that's how much I loved it! ❤️

Traveling to Yangshuo with my child, I compared many hotels before finally settling on this Rice Field Hotel, and I truly felt I made the right choice! The distance from West Street actually became an advantage. It's quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all, offering great privacy. Looking out, all you see are rice fields and small mountains – the view is incredibly soothing. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window, so you can enjoy the mountain and river views right from your bed. I absolutely loved the scenic bathtub in the bathroom; a bath at night with a gentle breeze was so relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor or in the corners of the bed. The bed was super soft, ensuring both adults and children slept soundly. Families with kids, just go for it! The hotel has an infinity pool with a shallow area, and my child splashed around there all afternoon and didn't want to leave. There's also a mirrored observation deck on the rooftop, perfect for spontaneous, picture-perfect family photos. Just a few steps outside are vast rice fields and a charming old-fashioned miniature train. Taking the kids to walk along the field paths and look at the greenery, getting close to nature, was much more enjoyable than visiting crowded tourist spots. The butler was very helpful and responsive; they'd come right away if we needed anything. The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were authentic and delicious. Overall, our entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. No need to rush around or deal with travel hassles. If you want a quiet and relaxing vacation with your child, this place is a no-brainer! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yangshuo.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Longtoushan Pier, where boats depart from Guilin to Yangshuo. From my room, I could see the Li River, and there's a rooftop platform for even better river views, framed by the distant mountains – it's incredibly picturesque and perfect for photos. The room was spacious, quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. For business travelers, the laundry and fitness facilities on the fifth floor public area are very convenient. Breakfast offers a good variety of Chinese and Western options, including delicious freshly prepared Guilin rice noodles, which are even better than those you find on the street. The hotel staff were very service-oriented; the front desk provided a lot of useful information when I asked for travel tips. Personally, I think the Lijiang Grand is a top choice in Yangshuo, considering its views, proximity to shopping, and overall convenience.
