"This hotel is a hit with kids, and it's definitely worth staying for a night to experience it. Staying longer isn't really necessary. The price of over 1,800 yuan at the end of August was quite a good deal compared to the usual rates. However, there was no ice dance show at that time, and the circus performance was a condensed version. We were very satisfied with the hotel room; it was spacious, and the decor wasn't as flamboyant as I'd imagined, so it didn't interfere with our sleep. The room had windows, and both ventilation and soundproofing were excellent. The best part was breakfast – it was absolutely luxurious. Easily the best breakfast I've had in Inner Mongolia."

CChuangwaizailushangChifeng was the last stop on our Inner Mongolia self-driving tour, and we chose to stay at the Wanda Realm Hotel. My actual experience was generally very good, matching the description on Trip.com. The location is excellent, the environment is nice, and it's close to Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for shopping and supplies. The hotel is right next to Chifeng River, and it was lovely to enjoy the view and take a walk along the river after dinner. The hotel service was great; all the staff I encountered were proactive and service-minded. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options, a noodle station, and local snacks. The restaurant staff were enthusiastic, and the auntie at the noodle station was particularly thoughtful – a big thumbs up! The hotel has parking, which is convenient for those driving. A small suggestion would be to provide disposable toilet seat covers (though we always bring our own when we travel). Overall, 5 stars, highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserManzhouli Youyi Hotel is a long-standing four-star hotel with an excellent location, right next to Manzhouli Railway Station. You can see it from the station, and it's a short walk after exiting to the right and crossing the railway bridge. Located on Yidao Street, it's very convenient to Zhongsu Golden Street and Beihu Park, yet without any noise disturbance. The hotel's interior environment is great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk staff and the few staff in the lobby were all enthusiastic and responsible, working together seamlessly. We arrived early, and they proactively helped us check in and even upgraded our room, providing the most attentive service. When we checked out, they gave us a lovely souvenir. The stay was very pleasant, making it an ideal choice for accommodation in Manzhouli!

After checking out, I found that the earrings were accidentally lost. I contacted the front desk. She was very patient and serious to help investigate and find. She actively followed up the whole process and the service was warm and thoughtful. Hygienic: The room is cleaned meticulously, the bedding is clean and odorless, the ground and bedside tables are clean and tidy, and the sanitary details are strictly controlled. Even if you bring pets, the environment is clean and refreshing, and you live in peace of mind. The bedding is very comfortable, and the room even has a bathtub. You can ask for disposable bath liners, which the kids loved using for a bath in the room. The restaurant downstairs was incredibly popular for dinner; we couldn't get a table just by walking in – you need to book a day in advance, so we missed out on eating there. However, the hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes!

There was resistance when the door was halfway opened, but the resistance disappeared when I opened it further out, so my finger hit the marble wall behind the door heavily. After five days of pain I couldn't even touch my fingers. Now more than 20 days have passed and the nail area still hurts, affecting my work, life, mood and pain, and I haven't received any compensation. Now I can't even take a shower or wash clothes, and washing my hair with one hand is such an inconvenience, and there is no compensation at all.
