AAnonymous UserExtremely convenient location! Downstairs, you'll find the Nanguan snack street, and it's just 100 meters to Nanguan Mosque, 400 meters to Dongguan Mosque, and 500 meters to Beiguan Mosque. The geographical location is absolutely perfect. It's only 2 km from the train station and a 30-minute drive to the airport. The floor attendant, Ma Ping, was incredibly welcoming. She gave us yogurt for each room and even helped me freeze the beef and lamb I bought from the night market. I highly recommend Hilton to anyone visiting Xining.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for our trip to Chaka Salt Lake, and it was a pleasant surprise! They upgraded us to a family room, which my child absolutely loved. They even hugged the big goose, as if seeing a long-lost relative.
By the way, even without the upgrade, the twin beds (1.35 meters) would have been spacious enough. The room was large, parking was free, and they helped us with our luggage during check-in.
The service, especially from Song, was incredibly thoughtful. Once we confirmed our arrival time after visiting Chaka Salt Lake, delicious wonton noodles were promptly delivered. I had eye drops that needed freezing, and they had dedicated staff who quickly helped with ice and other requests.
The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich. I'm not sure if this hotel is four-star or five-star, but the breakfast definitely felt five-star. I particularly remember the impressive mixed noodles.
The hotel also has its own laundry room, which some five-star hotels don't. It's a free laundry room with drying facilities. What's even more impressive is that the laundry room was comfortably air-conditioned and had a self-service beverage machine where I enjoyed a hot orange juice and a hot milk. Very impressive! Laundry bags were also conveniently available for self-service, and of course, they were also provided in the room (thanks to Song). In short, it was incredibly convenient and definitely not just a place to crash for a night. If you're not in a hurry, this hotel is truly a place where you can stay and slowly experience the Northwest.
The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the scenic area. If you specifically come here after visiting Chaka Salt Lake, you have to backtrack a bit to continue on G315 towards the desert. But experiencing Golmud, this western city, was also a wonderful experience. I have no regrets at all, thanks to our stay at the Golmud Yellow River International Hotel.

XXianshengliubuThe hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. Hot dishes, pastries, porridge, fruits, and beverages are all available, made with fresh ingredients and a comforting, home-style flavor. The dining area is clean and tidy, and even during peak hours, food is replenished promptly. The location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi, and it's close to shopping districts and attractions, saving time and effort when dining out or sightseeing. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this hotel offers great value for money. Special mention goes to the personalized service from our butler Xiao Xi, and the high-quality environment that ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area and will recommend it to friends and family.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, and the front desk staff are excellent! Plus, there's free parking and a good breakfast. The only downside is that with several hotels sharing the same elevators, there's often a long wait. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It’s definitely an excellent choice for a trip.
The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

GGuest UserFor the price the room has everything, clean and comfortable bed, warm water shower and all amenities in bathroom. Enough space for luggage, big desk, comfy chair and plenty of different lamps monitored from bed. I did not use wifi but router in room is functioning. There is air humidifier and water kettle. Location is very good. A 30 min walk to the town square and shopping street. 10 min taxi to train station and airport bus. Excuse my mess om the photos ;) I had a long flight from Stockholm Sweden.

GGuest UserThis was the first hotel I stayed at on the Qinghai-Gansu loop, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff saw I had a lot of luggage and proactively offered to upgrade my room. Every single staff member at the hotel had such a wonderful attitude, really showcasing the hospitality of the people in the Northwest. The room also came with a mini-fridge, which was so convenient! Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby making dining convenient, and there's an airport shuttle stop right outside. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city's nightscape, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my last stop in Xining before flying home. However, on the second day, breakfast was a bizarre experience. They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating.

YYaoyaoThe Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The front desk clerk is a *******, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online. Glucose water, and accompanied my friend to the pharmacy to buy me anti-altitude sickness medicine. I am grateful. I would like to thank the hotel manager and waiter, Tashi Delek!
The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's breakfast was also rich!

AAqiuzhenhutuWhen I booked, I read the reviews saying that the service was not good. However, we did not experience this at all when we checked in. The front desk answered our questions seriously and politely, and delivered everything we needed in a timely manner. The accommodation and breakfast were good, and my family liked it.
