The staff were very nice, and they have great breakfast with the good price. When I first checked in the room was underground, so it was very noisy on the first night. I asked to change the room the next day and the manager changed my room to the better one right away. The location is very nice close to the metro station. I will be willing to stay here again when I visit Rome. Overall great experience!

The third stop of our honeymoon in Italy - Rome! All roads lead to Rome, and Rome is full of ruins, which is amazing. First, we stayed at the Colonna Palace Hotel, which was amazing~ It was right next to the government facilities of Rome, and there were police cars all day long, which was very safe (so safe that the police blocked the area the next day, probably because there was a meeting! It was amazing, very safe). The breakfast on the top floor was also great, and the scenery was great to take pictures of. Then we went shopping, and visited the attractions in Rome, which was very satisfying!
Everything about the stay is good. But do take note of check-in time in case of late check-in then have to contact the host. Also in the morning it can get a bit noisy due to housekeeping. Otherwise the accommodation is indeed very good.
Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Breakfast was good with varieties, but still wish to have more choices in food. Room was well maintained, very comfortable, and modernized. Our group of friends did enjoy the complimentary cocktail drink and the lounge area for a small gathering. Hotel is very convienient to main streets and safe.
The hotel is outside the center of Rome. There are buses at the door, but it is often not allowed. There are many Romans who rely on public commuting, so they are very crowded. In addition, the road from the airport bus to the hotel entrance is too bad to go, the sidewalk is about 60 cm wide ~ one person can walk, the box must be in front of the body, the road is uneven, the traffic is very dangerous. Remember, if you want to take the bus from the airport bus, you can buy a roma pass or a 24-hour, 48-hour day ticket, or a single ticket in the small square tabacchi shop (tobacco shop). Otherwise, if you want to go out from the hotel, you have to go to the square to buy a ticket to get the car - the station at the entrance is in vain.
The location is very good, the area is safe and lively with many places to eat, and it is within walking distance of major attractions. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast is on the top floor with a wide range of sweet and savory items.

An okay hotel. Very noisy at night due to a nearby construction works, can’t sleep for 2 nights straight. Requested for an iron only sent in after the 3rd requests. Location was great, walking distance to Termini Station. 20mins walk to Trevi.

The hotel is located in the city center and most of Rome's main attractions can be reached within a 20-minute walk. We stayed for 3 nights in total. The female boss at the front desk was very friendly. She gave us a map and introduced the locations of various attractions as soon as we arrived. The room furnishings are simple and tidy, and slippers and a large number of hair dryers are provided. The breakfast provided by the hotel every day is fresh, rich and delicious. We stayed in Room 1, and when we opened the large window, we had a panoramic view of the noble Italian streets. The only flaw is that the ventilation system is not very good, and the clothes that were hung up after washing were not dry at all after one night.

Small hotel, tiny room. The pluses were a private terrace in the room (5th floor). Comfortable mattress. Safe, kettle with tea and coffee bags. Jacuzzi on the roof (you need to book in advance) they give you an hour for your company, without other visitors. On the first floor there is a sauna and a gym. We took it with breakfast - good quality, a little lacking in variety - there are tables on the patio in the fresh air.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, since I was there for 7 nights. I got in before 10 am. My room wasn't ready, but they held my luggage until check-in time. So, I went out to explore for the hours I had to wait. Came back a little early (by 15 minutes) and my room was ready. They even brought up my luggage. The staff was nice, hospitable, and helpful.
It's really right around the corner from the train station, and there are a lot of restaurants around as well. It's convenient to walk to the main attractions. It takes maybe 20 minutes to get to the Colosseum and the Roman Forums. If you are walking to Piazza del Popolo, it's approximately 40 minutes away, longer if you stop to enjoy the scenery around you. The breakfast is buffet-style with a good variety, including coffee and orange juice. They even have soy and oat milk if needed.
I will say I was only given one free water the entire time I was there. I feel that no one should have to ask for that, and it should be replaced like everything else. Thankfully, there's a store around the corner where you can get water, and there is a fountain at the church, not far away, where you can fill up your water for free if you have your own bottle. Also, when I was going to check out, the left elevator's light was out, and the other elevator wouldn't move from the 7th floor. That was the only time I worried a bit because it was pitch black in there going down, so I hope that was fixed because it wasn't like that earlier.
I know a lot of people are worried about being around Roma Termini, and I can understand it to a certain point. However, as a solo traveler and a woman, I didn't feel in danger. There were some areas I'd avoid while walking, which was easy to do.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient. It's only 2 mins away from Metro! Host is friendly and helpful. Bed and pillow are very comfortable, the b&b felt very homey overall. Fridge and microwave in the common kitchen are free to use. We were able to save and re-heat our leftovers. Highly recommend this b&b 👍
AAnonymous UserEverything all around is perfect. There is only one thing though. There is no elevator so it can be hard going up and down with extra everytime
WWanshuiqianshanzoubian22The room is large and has a balcony. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Rooms were tidied every day. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the subway station. Suitable for free travel. You need to pay Rome city government tax when you visit the store.
