My overall stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the hospitality extended to me was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my trip. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. We checked in at midnight, so the front office staff did a quick check-in for us so we could rest. The next day, when we returned to the hotel for a short break, we found that the air conditioning was leaking and the floor was wet. We called the front desk, but the technician took over 30 minutes but still yet to arrive to do a checking. Deciding to check for other available rooms, the staff apologized for the inconvenience and moved us to a different room. We were very satisfied with their service, and the new room was very clean. I'm proud to say this hotel is eco-friendly. Instead of providing bottled water, they have water dispensers on each floor for guests to fill up their own bottles, and the toiletries are also eco-friendly. Thumbs up!!!

I read reviews about this hotel before I booked and IT IS TRUE! The room is basically having ants, cockroach and the bedsheets are dirty!!! Oh mine. Please get a more responsible Manager to check the cleanliness of the room before handover to guests. I do not want to blame your housekeeping coz I see him working alone everyday… Tray broken also can leave it there for the customer to see 😐 although it was meant to put your cups, kettle and your Cups are also dirty 🫩

-location, facilities, staff, cleanliness were all good. -staff was very helpful. -breakfast buffet was less variety but it's fine. -the aircon functioned well. -received welcoming drinks & rebate voucher. THE MINUS POINTS WERE; -I emailed & requested for a simple birthday deco as this was a birthday staycation for my husband & the staff who replied my email said okay and they will arrange. However, upon arrival in the room, there was no such decoration. -I wish there hotel could upgrade the tv to a smart tv instead. The analogue tv didn't have coverage in our room. Overall, i rate this hotel with 8/10 & will definitely repeat this hotel because it was so comfortable.

Staff is friendly, location is good with many eateries nearby, plenty of car park space is available in the multilevel car park and also street parking. Breakfast is simple, the room I book was a non window room. Air con was super cool, only downside was the white color tower a bit turning gray. other than that everything is good.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The views from the room was incredible. The room itself was clean but could have been better - the mattress was very hard, the hot water was almost non-existent and the shower head was barely working. Breakfast was a pretty standard hotel buffet. Food was good but a little lacking in variety. Note that the restaurant is over 2 levels so not very accessible-friendly.

had a very comfortable stay — definitely great value for money. The room, bathroom, and even the lobby were all clean, with no unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. There’s also an lift, which made things easier. The air-cond worked well, the water pressure in the shower was strong and consistent. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay again.

The hotel is located at the beach front and near to the main road. It is accessible to town and Gurney. There is a food court in a walking distance which you can find all the local dishes there, such as satay, peanut pancakes, bak kut teh, prawn noodles, curry noodles, Indian Apom balik etc. The hotel room is spacious and neat . It provides organic herbal body wash, hair shampoo,hair conditioner and hand liquids . The gym has nice see view. There is a beach pub where you have drink there. The swimming pool is kids friendly and there is a kids club where they can play at there. This hotel suits young kids and teens . We will come back again for the sixth time.

Everything about my stay at Eastin Hotel Penang was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the location was very convenient for business purposes. Amenities in the room were complete and well-maintained. I appreciated the minibar and coffee setup. Highly recommended for business travellers.
